Shit, I get goosebumps just listening to the music at home. So I can imagine. On my very short list: see Clutch and Nonpoint LIVE! I just came across these guys last year, and I listen to alot of fucking rock and roll. 4 hours a day minimum. It's fucking criminal they are not as basic as Pepsi in this country! Because there are so few kick ass rock bands in America these days. Shit, all the crazy deaths in such a short period (Chester, Chris, Scott Weiland, Neil Peart etc.) - it hasn't been the same for rock since then it seems. we gotta change that!
I just saw them for the second time when they opened for Coal Chamber and Mudvayne and I still can't believe how good they are live...Elias sounded like it was 2003 again and the band was just destroying it.
Searched them now, one year after your comment, and I'm not disappointed either. This is heavy polished alt pop/rock that actually works...they rock, duder
@@williamosborne9881 haha wasn't being butthurt bro. I just saw this band live 2 weeks ago and loved it! I was just making a point that most people didn't hear about Nonpoint until at least the year 2000 when their first major label album released. It's sort of the same with KoRn though, they came out in 1993, but most of us fans didn't actually discover them until around 1995-1997.
I've listened to Nonpoint since separate yourself. I finally got to see them at the festival Louder Than Life. You said no I didn't hear them until 2000. I've been listening to heavy metal since the early 80s. I did take it a little personally when you said I didn't hear them when you don't know anything about me. I apologize for the butthurt comment. I love all types of metal. And obviously you do too.
How is it so many people discovering them now? They been around for a while and have alot of hits...can't wait to see them tomorrow in fort Lauderdale...hometown let's get it!
I remember the first time I heard Nonpoint. Early 2001 hanging with a friend and he popped in Ozzfest 2001... as soon as "what a day" played I fell in love (no homo) and went out and brought the Statement album (for those who don't know, check it out!) that was almost 20 years ago and you guys are still KILLIN IT! Thank you guys!!
I saw P.O.D. live at the Observatory in Santa Ana, CA about 4 years ago and these guys were the opening band. They opened with this song and I was instantly shocked, guitar player and singer have so much enthusiasm it was crazy.
Saw this wonderful band for the first time in Biloxi at the CPR fest 2022...BEEN HOOKED EVER SINCE...ROCK ON BROTHERS!!!!... I'm 62..rock till you drop.🎉
Your music was an instrumental part in my recovery. It was a light full of emotions and every rift was a wave of feelings. I live in Florida and I've been told the energy at your performances is next level. If love to experience it live! Thank you for your music, I wish the best to all your families during the holidays :)
Seen these guys in a fairly small club with Buckcherry in Baton Rouge, La. supporting the To The Pain album as Buckcherry was supporting their (un-noticed until 2005, 1999 album Buckcherry) The club nearly came down. That was the most intense setting I've every been in for live music. Immediately bought the new CD next day. Now have everyone of their CD's
WOW!!!! Badass song and loe this video!!! BC killing it on the guitar riff starting at about 2:23. Love the high energy and jumps. Elias voice is top form, Robb is powerful on drums, Adam and Rasheed pounding bass and guitar!
OMG....this is what I am talking about.....hellyeah. . This is what music is all about ..... expression of their own style to bring it ALL TOGETHER...for us to just flat out Rock...my.god what a guitar solo.... love this band
Hawkeye The Ronin Warrior 2016 was The Poison Red, but I understand your comment my dude! I apologize, they've just always been on top and amazing in my eyes. No band parallels
First time hearing about this band was on my way to work this evening. Songs are freaking amazing. Please come to West Virginia sometime. I will gladly buy a titcket to that show
Not many can pull this style off, but you my friends. Kill it every damn time. The first time I heard your song was in Smackdown vrs Raw 2007. Been absolutely hooked with your guys since.
Found this song watching a woman doing a drum cover. This song has jumped into my top three favorites. Loved your other songs as well. Fantastic band!!!
Found you guys on Pandora about 7 years ago and you've been rocking through my speakers and headphones ever since. Saw you in Louisville, KY once and was so impressed. You guys are true rock, and extremely underrated. Keep it up!
Just saw them again last night in Orlando. As always, they brought down the house. Been a fan since the first album and meeting them after the show last night just solidifies how much of a fan I am. Super personable guys who genuinely enjoy their fans and playing music.
Haven’t heard this band for... well forever but I discovered them today AND MAN THIS. IS. FUCKING. AWESOME!!!! That guitar in the background all the time , lyrics, singer’s voice... everything on point!
Can't wait to be with these guys again!!! Last time I saw them was last year at #3RiversFest here in fort wayne Indiana!!! I saw Elias walking around with family and I think his wife and daughter!!! The show was amazing!!!!! See you again very soon!!!! Love you guys
This is like the first childhood band I loved that took a break and actually came back with an album that didn't make it look like they sold out. You guys already probably know which ones I'm talking about, when your favorite artists complete ignore their fans that shit hurts.
So many bands go soft after time. Nonpoint bringing it RAW like 20 years ago, with current relevant substance. An absolute mind trip!!! Keep it coming boys!
Reminds me a lot of their earlier work. Been a fan since hearing, "what a day", back in high school. Saw them live about 10 years ago at woodshock in Ohio. Great band
