Dang I'd went to that race if I'd know about it!! The track would probably draw more people if they'd advertise the races some..!! If they did I never heard or seen anything about it..
they did advertise but not sure where or how.. the stands were packed

Correct me if I'm wrong but believe a super late model is an asphalt car to differentiate between it and a dirt late model.

Not correct, there are super late models on dirt as well. The series that I run in has limited late models, pro late models, and super late models.
An asphalt Super Latemodel and a dirt late model are completely 2 seperate cars. One cant run good on the other. Very purpose built 2 completely different ways. Only cars that are the same to both are probly factory stocks and the 4 bangers, legends arent cars, they are motorcycle powered open wheel gokarts. Oh but they have fenders how is that open wheel? Because of the way the fender only covers part of the wheel, when you touch wheels, you can still flip a legend almost as violently as a sprint car, wing or no wing. Bottom line, its all very exciting to watch but you will never see me in anything without full fenders.

What happened to the steering wheel shot, Bloomer doesn't want us to see the car steers itself?

Every time I talked to him over the years, he was working on tires. I don't see a lot of driver who do, most seem to have someone on the crew do it.
I'm more impressed that he stopped and took a picture with that kid. I've seen him be less than personable in the past when he's busy.
Yes, me and my son talked to him when he was grinding tires, every time I see him he got a camera from us.. I try not to take up much time as I don't want to be the reason they lost from forgetting something
They came and ran Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, SC and there was a little girl come up to him for an autograph when he was looking at the track. She had his shirt and hat on. He told her to buzz off. You could see her heart break. Broke my heart too.

Had to black out the wheel and gauges....lol...how dumb. I know it was requested but why the secrecy...nothing anyone can gain from it.
I agree but to get one on him I did what was asked ;) I always do my best to make the drivers happy with the footage we get for them.
