Average Internet Musician heh you’re kidding right
Same
Awww he was making a heart with his hands at the start
I absolutely love this tempo, i feel like way too many people play it fast and it makes it hard to enjoy the beautiful melody liszt wrote
This piece is straight from Heaven, along with your playing! Amazing!
This piece is so beautiful and elegant, great interpation, I love how it's slower than others.
agree
Your piano has such a beautiful sound
This actually brought a tear to my eye. You sir are one of the new greats of this generation!

@@iloveshoes6127 not even close xD but after saving up for a (digital) piano, starting with learning beginner pieces like menuett in g major, I will also ask my local music school for piano lessons next week, so the first steps are taken^^

I just realized the last few letters of LeibesTRAUM is your channel name!
Anyway, new here, discovered you from the weird YT algorithm, but wow your videos are incredible! You definitely deserve a lot more and can't wait for the day this channel blows up!
Yep. That’s why his name channel name means ‘dream’ in German, therefore ‘dream’ music, which I’d say represents the stuff he plays pretty well
Lmao same I thought that the youtuber Dream and Traum are the same people
It is blowing up though.
honestly I think his channel name comes from the piece traumerei, time for a good conspiracy conversation lmao
Yep "Dream Paino"
너무나 사랑스럽고 부드럽게 마음을 만지는 곡이네요.
연주 너무 잘 하시네요

@@다흰-m8g It's Enrique Granados piece : "Valse Poeticos", and it's Melodioso
Very nice slow tempo interpretation. It fits the theme much better than playing fast like many other musicians do. Wonderful job
Never has an interpretation of this so greatly astounded and touch me. It seems that every video of yours I watch, I am always amazed by your interpretation. Thank you for your beautiful music, Traum.
Do you know the title of the piece right after this piece? The melody is so beautiful...
I was impressed with how slow you played the part 2 (when you start using lots of octaves). It gave me a different perspective. I'm trying to play like lang lang right now, but sometimes I feel that I'm going too fast and missing notes... Thanks for that 👍🏼
It's better to do it at your own style, I personally prefer it fast uwu
@@VeroniMeow indeed haha! But I don't even know yet. Have you heard the versions by Sauer and Lamond, which were Liszt students? Damn, very different playthrough, carrying the always quiet ornamentation with distinct melody. I think you'd love Sauer's, very fast and beautiful
@Raged Gamer but how do I know my own style if not by playing like the others first?
@Raged Gamer Sorry. If I dont play like the famous interpreters, that is...
The heart formed with his hands was a nice touch
Traum playing LiebesTraum. How poetic.
This is so indescribably beautiful. I just brought a keyboard home because of you. This is Pure emotion & inspiration
i like how the hand are in heart shape a the beginning
The one of best interpretations in UA-cam
I love the added octaves it adds so much drama
Beautiful piece
Really enjoying looking through your channel, this piece is on my to-learn list- you play it beautifully :)
Just perfect interpretation. Thank you so much for this
you, by far, have the best interpretations. your interpretations of this piece and chopin's op. 9 no. 2 are some of my favorite performances of the two pieces of all time

The perfect Liebestraum ever❤
Can't spell Liebestraum without Traum :D
아름답다...❤
i just got this piece yesterday. i finally got my first liszt piece🙏
Fantastic
Your interpretation here sounds more relaxed... or... dreamy 🤔, like you are actually in a dream or daydream, less active, just dreaming
너무너무너무 좋아요
I have to admit the fact about the audio hearing a little far is make this video even beautiful.
Underrated upload
Those 10ths are made to look so easy
Love that heart at the beginning haha
i didnt see it
@@qalaphyll Look at the shape of the pianist's hands!
I’m sorry to keep requesting stuff but do you think you would, at some point, be able to play liebestraum 1? I’ve seen hardly any performances of it at all, and no reactive visualiser style vids of it. Would be really awesome
No
I agree
Youre playing is just amazing!!!😊You have such a good expression and pedalling. Really, it's just amazing, you gave me chills and goosebumps.
Do you know the title of the piece right after this piece? The melody is so beautiful...
@@다흰-m8g you mean like the outro? That would be the melodica part of 8 valses poeticos by enrique granados!
Bravo!

This fingering at the first part is unique and interesting. Thank you 🙏
This piece was over 300 years old and know this was still Romantic pieces ever heard

I love the way you play it and that you play it on a real acoustic piano, not a digital piano 😅
It's kind of funny how the most popular liebestraum out of the three is about loosing your loved one.
The poem literally says oh love while you can because one day you will mourn at the grave.
For the sake of my friendly teacher,Ms.Lai,getting the acceptence of teaching American in Hong Kong, this is what I've always wanted to play for her as a present.
Korean:친절한 선생님을 위해 Ms. 라이가 홍콩에서 미국인을 가르치는 일을 맡게 되면서 항상 선물로 주고 싶었던 곡입니다.
How to pronounce as Korean:chinjeolhan seonsaengnim-eul wihae Ms. laiga hongkong-eseo migug-in-eul galeuchineun il-eul matge doemyeonseo hangsang seonmullo jugo sip-eossdeon gog-ibnida.
Interesting interpretation, and while I prefer other interpretations over yours, your performance made it seem like you definitely knew what you were doing and effectively conveyed what you wanted to express to the listener. Keep it up!
Fried Chicken.
Ok
I like that term "Mature Love", thanks.
Not true franz Liszt himself said the b section is the passion section
Well said!
It's helpful to read the poem it was originally based on (Ferdinand Freiligrath's "O Lieb, so lang du lieben kannst") for ideas when it comes to interpretation. The B section, on Liszt's score, is marked "con passione" and in the poem it corresponds to the lines
"And to one who spills his breast to you / O to him, do what you can, in Love! / And make him happy for each moment, / And never let him be sad for one!"
(the Liebesträume were originally written as Lieder, or songs, with the poems serving as the lyrics) so it really helps to just picture it
