The first thing that you should do is DON`T BUY ONE. they are great for the rotisserie facility and they can cook a lot of different foods but they are effectively a grill with a fan, they can easily burn the top of the food unless you are careful and religiously turn the food at regular intervals but buy far, the worst thing about them is that you just cannot clean them properly, this is because the spitting from what you are cooking covers the top inside and the sides and the back. The inner top has so many places that stop you from getting in to clean it, the heating elements are in the way and the fan cover is hard to clean, the sides are also hard to clean because of projections on the side, the bottom has two bars you should not put food too close because the two heating elements will heat the bottom tray and the underneath of what you have if there will be burnt, you will not know until you take the food out. I really regret buying one of these. Because I find it so difficult to clean I don`t feel happy about selling it, I think that it will end up at the local council tip.

@@HYSapientia I had already contacted the support team and the result was advice on how to clean the oven and that advice was exactly what I already had, I have tried other cleaning method as well including the whit vinegar and Bicarbonate of Soda which was also no good, I have tried oven sprays as well, the problem is the design because the bars are in the way and you cannot get behind them, I cant even sell it if I cant clean it properly. I will probably just get rid of this and get the drawer type instead, or even go back to a deep fat fryer.

@@paulbaddiley7326 I wonder what you have used yours for, have you used the rotation to cook a chicken or a joint of meat? if you have, look at the top of the inside of the fryer and see the baked on fats that will be there, try to clean it, it just does not come off even using the vinegar and bicarb, or shop bought oven cleaners, it just does not all come off. I fail to see how it could be me, all I have done is use it as it is suppose to be used, it is fine for fish and chips, shepherds pie and those sort of dishes but cook sausages, pork chops, bacon, in fact any meat dish that give off fat and the oven inner surfaces are very difficult to clean because of the design that restricts you from getting in to clean them. Tell me how you clean your one, maybe you know something that I don`t know. When I first saw this machine I thought "that looks really good" but my experience does not back that up, in fact I wish that I had waited and bought the next version that has the facility to use each side separately but the main benefit is that it does not have the heating elements at the base but it would still have the cleaning issues.
