  • Walter speaks with bestselling novelist Amor Towles about his new book “Table for Two.” The book, a New York Times bestseller, is a collection of short stories and a novella, described by the author as mainly concerning "the fateful consequences that can spring from brief encounters and the delicate mechanics of compromise that operate at the heart of modern marriages.” Towles discusses his process for writing his latest work and how it differs from the beloved novels that he has written in the past. He also reflects on his own journey as a writer.

    AGIM is a resplendent novel. It’s beyond disconcerting that Towles was directly involved with its ridiculous adaptation- and that he can’t pronounce Moscow correctly. Still grateful for the novel, though.

    If this man is Jewish he is definitely not a novelist or even a short story author. I bet a million bucks
