I just saw this video. I got my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3's a couple of days ago, and have been testing everything with them. From phone calls to listening to some really good Prince tunes, to listening to the amazing jazz of John Coltrane. I'm not a big fan of stems, but these are some really good earphones. I had no mic issues, and the sound clarity has been very good. You did an amazing thing by setting the record straight and it's one of the things that we hardly see from others who are too arrogant to admit a mistake. I take it as a sign of growth. You have earned my respect sir!

When I got them, I hated them, I tried to take them back but then I started using at the gym and with the noise cancelation on I couldn't hear a thing. Loud gym music, metals being lifted and dropped all the time, my ears were SILENT, and the sound is espectacular.

Ive said this in a previous video but ,i think if Samsung made these earbuds a hybrid and you can detach the stem with magnets and it acts a extra battery with a better mic that would be cool so people can choose what form they want. It can be stemless or it can have a stem with the benenfit of a better audio and battery life. Thats actually quite a good patent. Also if you want to make sure that no-one watching one of your earlier videos get confused, you should probably pin a comment on those videos. Great video though, thanks for actually going back to this and listening to your viewers👌👍
If only drivers we're small enough to fit those batteries. If you meant interchangeable battery stems. It looks like a good design as long it doesn't detach itself pretty easily or it can cost $$$ if you lost one.

I mean if they could make it so its only able to detach the stem if its in the case (if you get what I'm imagining) with like some kind of magnet release from the bud ,that would solve it ,but problem is how is all this going to fit in that one thing. But also they literally could take the buds 2 pro and just put a detachable stem on it though. It would look like a lollipop so they would probably change the design alittle.
Detachable stems/blades would be horrible for the manufacturer and the consumer...these things would be lost or nobody would ever use them as it would require too much responsibility of not losing them and it would look real gimmicky and not premium

Hey, thanks for being honest. I watched your old review and was having second thoughts about getting the Pro 3s. But I went for it anyway and was blown away when I made calls with them. No one could hear any wind or noise, and they said my voice was crystal clear. I was wondering why you had problems with yours. It's great that you made this video and cleared things up. You should update your old video if you haven't already.
I will say, I personally don't think you lied to us, you just reported the conclusions you had come to at that particular point. That being said, as others have said, it's cool that you took a deeper dive into the buds after reading the comments. Much respect. Take a subscription :) Hopefully Samsung will continue improving the mics in these earbuds so the person wearing them sounds less robotic. I would also like to see in the future they give us the option to use the mic settings outside of phone calls; I think that has great potential and could even be better since it doesn't have the limitations of what calls would have. I'm upgrading from the original Buds Pro because I don't like how they fit in my ear so I find myself fidgeting with them alot.
My husband got me some for Christmas. We both have used the buds and made calls. We notice the mixrophone aounds great! It also has quite a bit of distance! My husband left his phone on one aide of wrestling gym and made a call to me on the other side. Very impressed with sound at a distance and in the wind!

If every other competitor product on the market can work through third party apps, that can still end up being a strike against the Galaxy buds even if they perform well without the apps. Samsung just released the latest One UI 6.1.1 update for S24U, and it supports 96kHz audio sampling (UHQ) on the new Buds 3 Pro. The sound quality is amazing, a massive improvement over 44.1khz.

Honestly the more I think about it, it's not really your fault because all brand earbuds you've tested didn't have an issue canceling out noise when you record a regular audio so why should you have to accommodate one company like Samsung just because they don't automatically enable NC when recording a regular voice audio. Samsung should have an option to either toggle noise cancelation or have them automatically enabled at all times especially when recording a regular audio from the mic not just through phone calls. (I wound up seeing this before the original review due to this being the top vid for 'Galaxy Buds 3 Pro). Major respect for exploring a new method for testing (the quality was night and day lol). I wouldn't call your original assessment a 'lie' or a 'mistake' since you simply shared test results from a method that was tried and true for you. At most I would say it was 'incomplete' since the new test showed drastically different results. Again, it's great that you respect your audience feedback.

Respect the honesty and transparency 👌 the conclusion seems to be that noise cancellation / voice isolation kicks-in only for calls (as it should) and not for general recordings which are meant to capture the full spectrum of sound and not just the voice 👍
I should say that even now is kind of weird that depending of what your using like a different app to record your voice instead of a call, the mic quality should be as good as when you are on a call and not that good or noisy when using an app, and the rest of earbuds are consitent on that so I would still go for the OP Buds 3 Pro for example.
They will perform even better when enabling the setting to double the microphone sampling bandwidth in the Wearable app on the ZFold6 - and your S24 Ultra should get that when it gets the next patch.
That's super interesting. I usually call another phone and play Marco Polo on the two phones. Recording a call is also a function of the headset codec and recording codec, so maybe use the recording app on the other phone which could be a higher quality then the voice mail recording codec.

One thing I've learned abt product reviews on YT, especially the very early "reviews" that reviewers make to put out there just to get views, is to be very skeptical abt what they say and what they're critical abt. Sometimes ppl say things that aren't true just to fill in their scripts and for some reason, there's always something not right with said product. So it's best to be skeptical and base buying decision solely on one type of review(from content creator)

Its good on you for fixing your review. I would hope further reviews you build a strategy for using device😂s in the "purest form possible during testing to ensure there are no variables. I would also be interested in comparing using them on apple if that's possible sense you have a product from both manufacturers. Im very unfamiliar with apple so please excuse me if there are compatibility issues. Ive stayed android / non apple way back to the htc days with my 3g slide out keyboard phone... man I loved that thing, wifi, Hotspot, ir blaster remote and a headphone jack... haha. Now I just stick with the newer Samsung models and im rarely unhappy with them

There is a app called "mic test" by laureano that records samples as they would be on a phone call.

One thing I've learned abt product reviews on YT, especially the very early "reviews" that reviewers make to put out there just to get views, is to be very skeptical abt what they say and what they're critical abt.
Sometimes ppl say things that aren't true just to fill in their scripts and for some reason, there's always something not right with said product. So it's best to be skeptical and base buying decision solely on one type of review(from content creator)

Its good on you for fixing your review. I would hope further reviews you build a strategy for using device😂s in the "purest form possible during testing to ensure there are no variables. I would also be interested in comparing using them on apple if that's possible sense you have a product from both manufacturers. Im very unfamiliar with apple so please excuse me if there are compatibility issues. Ive stayed android / non apple way back to the htc days with my 3g slide out keyboard phone... man I loved that thing, wifi, Hotspot, ir blaster remote and a headphone jack... haha. Now I just stick with the newer Samsung models and im rarely unhappy with them
