If i end up getting a slip on and a k&n air filter for my stock airbox for my 2018 cb500f, will i need to get a power commander or will the changes work out alright with the original mappings?
Theoretically speaking, do you think it would be okay to run the bike with no muffler and be safe since there is a cat converter? I have the same exact bike, 2016 cb500f.
Weierstrass Thank you friend! I ended up trying it out for a day and didn't really like it. Sound is awesome but I definitely had lost some power. Ended up putting muff back on and I ordered the delkevic like in the video. Sounds and feels MUCH better
Weierstrass Im having serious difficulty getting the bolt off. The one he removes at 0:13. How did you go about getting it off? Honda has it on there like fucking White on rice. Impossible.

Looks great, did you have to re map.. or tune your ECU after? Or was it not necessary? Also did you gain or lose any Torque or HP? thanks

@@numbermayhem all modern bikes are equipped with a catalytic converter. Older models might not have them, though.

I think it's silicone sealant to make sure the pipe doesn't leak, lose back pressure and power.

D.B. Cooper add some WD40, have a quick drink then come back at it. Rotating the inside NUT instead of the BOLT is much easier.
