nope, it didnt change anything, still ranging from 3 to 3.5 l/100km
but how did you open the weld seams and close them again at the end?
I didnt, took off the silver part, cut out the end of the muffler (grey) and put silver cover back on muffler

@@HondaWandererPersonally I think it is you who doesn’t understand. All this has done is made the bike sound as though it’s running badly. The 500X has a great exhaust note with the standard exhaust. Some things are best left alone.
