Love this kind of content! The moment that causes happiness is so brief, by the time we can think about it, it's moved on to the next moment. I find that happiness exists for the longest period of time in the expectation of good times. If you can't expect happiness you'll never have it.

That is very true! I find that makes me happy is doing that which feels authentic and real to me. Often, trying to chase other peoples expectations or standards in order to measure your success, leads you to a place which robs you of happiness. I guess finding the right balance will allow you to have more of those moments instead of chasing a happiness that will never last forever

Thanks Mr. Javier, I’m 18 and feel lost and lonely, don’t have any sense of direction. I want to be happy, but there’s a weight on me. really appreciate the video.

be excited for the growth you'll see in yourself at 25. By 30 who i was at at 18 was soooo unimportant & not even thought about. By 25 i promise, you will have moments you cherish Have you even owned your own car yet??? I GOT A WAY TO GUARANTEE THAT IN 30 DAYS, you can increase the number of times you LAUGH OUT LOUD TO YOURSELF, about how much you laugh out loud to yourself, ABOUT LAUGHING OUT LOUD TO YOURSELF, just spend an hour a week on 4 things. I posted how to do it w/ just one hour a week effort for 30 days as comment to Javi b4 i saw ur post & don't wanna duplicate it

if you want to find happiness, I got a 30-day guarantee that you will increase the number of times you laugh out loud to yourself about how much you laugh out loud to yourself about laughing out loud to yourself. Just spend an hour a week for 30 days on the following 4 things: Clouds, rocks, nature & Aesop Rock lyrics. All these things are always available, completely free & no one can stand in your way of them. With rocks they are this crazy data transfer system that our record keepers of every single thing that has ever touched them & the effect that they had on it & it had on them I dig one up in your back get yourself a freaking Boulder in your backyard & crack that shiz open or run it under some water put some Vaseline on it & you will be impressed. With clouds it's not about looking at them & going oh that one looks like a unicorn that one looks like a four-leaf clover it's just about paying attention to their interaction with the wind currents, different altitudes & then come back in 30mins & seeing what the clouds are doing to each other. 3rd Aesop Rock lyrics. his art was the first thing that I realized I could die happy because I had it in my life. I was bummed out all sad about something & then it hit me, I could’ve never heard his lyrics & that because I had heard his lyrics no matter what happened for the rest of my life I would die happy & I could hold that happiness in me knowing I'm going to be spitting his lyrics on my deathbed. They completely change the way I look at everything. it expands all these different outlooks that I could take. It’s like the visual illusion of the old woman or is it the young lady. you see only one of them but then once you're shown that there were more than just the one you start looking for all these other possibilities that you could have missed & that's kind of what Aesop does with his art. I have yet to really find a lyric that I initially would’ve edited out, that hasn't become something completely sacred to me. That is pretty amazing.
