The registered plates indicates the year it was registered here in Ghana and not the model year/ year of manufacture. That’s how it is here. And if he says it was manufactured in 2010 and registered in 2010, that means the owner bought it in 2010 and registered it that same year. Hope you get it now?

Never trust the mileage it can be adjusted anytime. I have a car in Ghana, the mileage was adjusted for me. Just pay attention to engine and break.
