Contemplating the shadow of Gene Key 21. The shadow of control vs the gift of authority. As a Manifestor, I often feel anger when I'm criticized, even though I try to see it from a positive side. The anger is so strong and palpable. I usually try to control that aspect. But often, I just can't hide that anger. I feel a lot of shame about this, because it feels like I can't seem to hold it in. But then again, it's not about holding it in, but acknowledging it and transforming it.
