I have a Palm Harbor home. We’ve had this home for 30 years. We have been well pleased with this home. I didn’t know if The Palm Homes we’re still in business. So I have to say that if I ever go looking for another home I would go for the Palm Harbor.

Sarah Girard home building in florida is extremely modern in new construction. But with the new modernizing it’s making homes extremely expensive. Even our manufactured home rhat was built in ‘96, still looks pretty updated without much modern upgrades. Florida is good at keeping homes up to date for years. But that’s also cus I feel like we’re still behind in modernizing homes. Lots of builders still prefer using old school building techniques and materials. As it last longer and is less expensive.
The Blue Ridge/Smokey Mountains! Imagine standing on that porch looking out the the mountain horizons. I know my two cats would like that screened in porch!
I am impressed. I'm disabled and this home has grab bars already installed in that nice walk in shower and on two sides of the commode. This provides a lot of safety and stability for some disabled people.
You had me at “screened in back porch!” Also the layout, pocket door in the bathroom and kitchen made me want to sell my house and buy this one! Keep doing what you’re doing!

They are great for that needed extra space for dry food items. It is a free-flowing home with a dining area, kitchen, & living room area. Love the screen porch for looking out on a lake. That would be cool. For us, it would be near a lake or beautiful mountains in South Dakota. Gorgeous & great size master bedroom. Nice closet & I love my space in the closet & jewelry closet too!!! This is an astounding home. The layout is truly unique. Even the second bath had a tiled shower. No drawers in the utility room. The Master closet was nicely designed. In addition to the jewelry box there was something else on the wall which I assumed was the water shutoff. I wish you had opened the door to the garage. I really liked the screened in porch. BTW, the placement of the garage in the front of the home is quite common here in Florida. Thanks Chance. Another terrific presentation and tour!
Can someone tell me what that recessed item is on the wall next to the hidden jewelry box in that huge master closet? It looks similar to the recessed box for a washer hookup. It could be a junction for a whole house vacuum, but they're usually closer to the floor. Someone help me out please, my curiosity is on the rampage!
I too LOVE this home! The colors are just perfect. Love the tray ceilings, screened in porch, pantry and the siding color. Not crazy about the tile they chose for the shower (too busy). I noticed how quite it was once you got inside this home (another feature I love)! Chance, I am so glad you are no longer covering your beautiful head of hair.

Wow this one does it for me I love the counters it appears they are quartz love the exterior and it having a garage love the exterior colors I didn’t even notice what the roof was made of but I definitely want a tin roof I like hearing rain hit I could take this one exactly like it was shown Love love love it I’d want mine out in the country with horses and cattle and trees and peace and quiet as well Great Job finding thus one Chance

Dang Chance!! This house- surprised me! Whatttt?! Ok- so I love the office- staging throughout the house is superb. I like that the diningroom area is tucked away so I don’t have to continuously walk around a table & chairs that are only used twice a year. The kitchen is perfection- loving the layout, countertops, pantry, island shape/size! Always love the separation of bedrooms. The master bath- wow!- I think the vanity is a floating vanity with lights underneath? The rocks around the tub are ok for staging purposes but not realistic for cleaning purposes. The shower doors are kinda sad- but I love the tile selected on the shower floor. Overhead ducts=HAPPINESS!! 8/10⭐️ (wish it was a 3 bedroom) Thanks again Chance!
Chance- that shower is great but you would have to soak in that big tub at least once! The ceilings and woodwork are beautiful. The kitchen, the PANTRY, that utility room, even a built in jewelry box! Would like to sit in the porch and look out on a meadow and woods. Thanks for the tour!

They're in 14 states according to their website, but the closest to MO is OK. I guess it depends on how far you are from Tulsa, but you could get one (I don't even want to know the per mile charge for trucking it to a site that distance away). Closest to me is down in TN.
Chance's Mobile Home World yes I called the main office less than 2 months ago about getting my model. The man literally said it would be so expensive to transport that I would be better off to build a home lol.
I live in Florida.. a screened in porch is like a necessity because of all the mosquitos.. they go after me with a vengeance. Lol. Love that screened in porch!

OMG this can’t be a mobile home! This is so cute. The office right off the front of the house is a nice touch. The kitchen sink, backsplash, island base and countertops won my heart over. The windows in the living room are a vibe too. The master bathroom is a look! I would put this house right in the suburbs where I currently live.
Best laid out mobile home sales lot that I have ever seen. Well done! It looks more like a small subdivision than a sales lot. Wonderful that customers don't have to trod through mud and/or dirt and rickety steps to access the units. Great salesmanship!
This is quite unique, I really like this. We once had a 3 bedroom 2 bath living room w/ brick fireplace, sliding glass door plus a den. It was an 87 Chadwick, husband redid the walls to make it complete sheetrock, solid wood cabinets (got rid of the flake/particle board cabinets, put floating wood floors, ect. I was wondering if you thought about showing trade ins that got a total makeover ? I'm just curious
Although, I am not a fan of the Master Suite being right off the Living Room, I actually really like this house a lot!!! I love, love that screened-in porch! Not a fan of the exterior of the house, for one I do not like when the roofing of the house is flat, as for the color "NO" I would definitely change that right away!!! But the interior is definitely gorgeous, once again I like the house a lot!!! 🤗🤗
I don't think the roof on the house itself is flat. It's just not as steep an angle as the garage. His camera angle didn't show it very well. Nobody in their right mind is going to built a flat roof mobile home for FL.
Hey Chance love the channel keep it rolling. I gotta say out of all the homes you've shown this is my favorite. It shows a little small but the finishes and amenities are out of this world. If it were cheaper It would be perfect. Don't tell anyone...I'm very frugal aka Stingy!! 🙊
If it were cheaper, it would have cheaper materials and not be so nice (windowsills, molding, cabinets that aren't paper thin). You get what you pay for. These homes look like they'd not depreciate like standard mobile/modular homes. I suspect one could remove some of the upgrades to bring the price down, but then it won't be perfect.
I’m originally born and raised in Miami... I’m so in love with this Model!!! However, I’d prefer a 3BDRM w/ 2.5BTHS! I’m looking to purchase one of these homes to start... I’d be a first Homebuyer... I love the entrance room I can use that to decorate for Thanksgiving & Christmas, I go BIG on those Holidays, as well for intimate party’s too, Birthdays & such! The Pantry is Awesome! The Laundry room is DIVINE! The Master BDRM w/ Walk-in Closet, is to DIE for!! Also, the Master Bath..., I love all the cabinets, The Sauna tub, YEESSSS, the stones around it, I’d add Holistic Stones for Healing & so forth! The shower in the Master Bath, is Awesome! I was wanting to see the garage too. Every home tour i watch, I look for a way to add a garage. I would really need a garage added to any home I got and finally get a home with a garage and didn’t get to see inside it. It’s very disappointing. Even if it was just a fake half garage I still wanted to see it.
TBH that is 1 of the first mobile homes I have seen that doesn't look like a mobile home inside or out...NICE!

This home is drop dead gorgeous! Only thing I don't like is the rock around the bath tub. That would be hard to clean.

Love the crown molding! Oh my jaw hit the floor with that laundry room 🥰🥰🥰 I know I’m not supposed to covet but honestly, this house is just what I need. I can see me in it, having my grandchildren overnight, cooking for people, doing my crafts to sell, washing my clothes in that amazing laundry room!, enjoying living NOT in an apartment. I am grateful I have a place to live when so many don’t. I’m still not used to people over me, and all the noise and sharing a hot water tank 😳 but honestly THIS HOUSE, with a GARAGE???!!! They're in 14 states according to their website, but the closest to MO is OK. I guess it depends on how far you are from Tulsa, but you could get one (I don't even want to know the per mile charge for trucking it to a site that distance away). Closest to me is down in TN.
Find a builder that will do custom homes. I am having Palm Harbors Farmhouse Estate home built in Tennessee.
Chance's Mobile Home World yes I called the main office less than 2 months ago about getting my model. The man literally said it would be so expensive to transport that I would be better off to build a home lol.
I live in Florida.. a screened in porch is like a necessity because of all the mosquitos.. they go after me with a vengeance. Lol. Love that screened in porch!

OMG this can’t be a mobile home! This is so cute. The office right off the front of the house is a nice touch. The kitchen sink, backsplash, island base and countertops won my heart over. The windows in the living room are a vibe too. The master bathroom is a look! I would put this house right in the suburbs where I currently live.

Best laid out mobile home sales lot that I have ever seen. Well done! It looks more like a small subdivision than a sales lot. Wonderful that customers don't have to trod through mud and/or dirt and rickety steps to access the units. Great salesmanship!

This is quite unique, I really like this. We once had a 3 bedroom 2 bath living room w/ brick fireplace, sliding glass door plus a den.
It was an 87 Chadwick, husband redid the walls to make it complete sheetrock, solid wood cabinets (got rid of the flake/particle board cabinets, put floating wood floors, ect.

Although, I am not a fan of the Master Suite being right off the Living Room, I actually really like this house a lot!!! I love, love that screened-in porch! Not a fan of the exterior of the house, for one I do not like when the roofing of the house is flat, as for the color "NO" I would definitely change that right away!!! But the interior is definitely gorgeous, once again I like the house a lot!!! 🤗🤗
I don't think the roof on the house itself is flat. It's just not as steep an angle as the garage. His camera angle didn't show it very well. Nobody in their right mind is going to built a flat roof mobile home for FL.

If it were cheaper, it would have cheaper materials and not be so nice (windowsills, molding, cabinets that aren't paper thin). You get what you pay for. These homes look like they'd not depreciate like standard mobile/modular homes. I suspect one could remove some of the upgrades to bring the price down, but then it won't be perfect.

I’m originally born and raised in Miami... I’m so in love with this Model!!! However, I’d prefer a 3BDRM w/ 2.5BTHS! I’m looking to purchase one of these homes to start... I’d be a first Homebuyer... I love the entrance room I can use that to decorate for Thanksgiving & Christmas, I go BIG on those Holidays, as well for intimate party’s too, Birthdays & such! The Pantry is Awesome! The Laundry room is DIVINE! The Master BDRM w/ Walk-in Closet, is to DIE for!! Also, the Master Bath..., I love all the cabinets, The Sauna tub, YEESSSS, the stones around it, I’d add Holistic Stones for Healing & so forth! The shower in the Master Bath, is Awesome!
