Holy baby jesus! My husband, 2 60+ lbs dogs & I live in a 440 sq. ft apartment right now. The master bath & the master closet is the size of my apartment lol. Oh & my husband watches you during his dialysis treatments 3x a week. He said he loves "water closet" lol. He gets a kick out of watching you, helps take his mind off 3 hrs & 45 minutes dialising. That, would have to go... but would be only change I'd make. Colors, space, cabinets, layout, how open it was, porch... everything, loved it all! (again, except that tub.. Imho, waste of space/have no need) Well, that & price. ;) lol Stay safe & be well.
I like that Chance tours homes that have the power and lights turned on, compared to a couple other channels that do not. It makes it easy to see exactly the layout of the homes and my wife and I really appreciate that
We need a law, that EVERY home is required to have a big, deep porch!😂 I grew up in a older home with a deep, wrap around porch, and it could be pouring rain, and we could play card and board games on the porch, it was great.
Wrap-around porches are awesome! When I was very little (a bajillion years ago), we lived in an old house that had a tin roof and a porch that wrapped around 3 sides of the house. It is so soothing to be able to sit outside on the porch listening to the raindrops dance on a tin roof.
I live about 25 minutes from their lot. We were there last weekend looking at this home. We spent at least 15 minutes, taking our time looking and sitting inside the home. We like it. It's a very nice home.

A tower of shelves would be nice, and I'd add double hanging on both ends, using wood shelving and metal rods. Excellent! Finally, a home I absolutely love.

I recently saw some of the 1st videos posted on this website, and they had someone else showing the homes; they did not have your personality nor did they know the how to properly show off a home. They didn't even show the guest bedrooms or 2nd bathroom! Keep up the good work! This house is on my faves list. Beautiful and spacious!

After following you for quite a few years, this is my first comment: this is my perfect home! Ive been looking into modular homes for a long time, but this one hits all my "checks".
The porch is beautiful. Clearly makes the home. Kitchen is really well done. Island is perfect. Couldn’t ask for more other than thicker shelving in the cabinets. Dining area has tons of natural light. Utility room is perfect too. I’d add a transom window in the guest bath. Bedrooms could be bigger. That would add square footage. A welcome increase in size. An increase hat would increase the cost. The master suite is a little small too. The master bath is pretty much perfect. Shower is a home run despite its smaller size. Awesome doors. The master closet is way above average. Again perfection. So despite a few things this home is a great value. Most of which likely can be fixed with upgrades. Finally the space is very efficiently used. 9.5/10.

Hate to bust your bubble but my mom owns 20 acres in the country and bought a new manufactured home 20 years ago. She bought a top of the line model, it’s over 2000 square feet and is made up of three sections. As with these, hers looked really nice and modern when new but it has not aged well. The cheap roof lasted 7 years before it started leaking without warning doing quite a bit of interior damage. She had it put on a foundation but the structure keeps settling, the sheet rock textured walls and ceiling constantly crack, the floors are no longer level, doors, cabinets are not square. They remind me of an upscale 5th wheel travel trailer as far as build quality. What really sucks is they actually depreciate in value much like a travel trailer will. I bought my traditional built house in 2000 and since then the value has almost tripled, my mom’s manufactured has lost value. So just be aware, the quality is not the same as a traditional built home, my house was built in the 1960s and is so much more solidly built and gives me much less problems than my mom’s. My house has appreciated a great deal while her manufactured house has depreciated. Luckily her land has continued to appreciate in value. These homes are a shortcut to a house if you are in a hurry and have land but don’t fool yourself into thinking they are comparable to a traditional built home.
As beautiful as this is, we've decided to go with a 'modular' instead of manufactured and we live in a home, like you, that was built in the 60's. and is strong as an ox. I've done a ton of research now between 'manufactured' and 'modular'. Modular cost more but has to live up to the standard's of a stick built and will appreciate like one also so, that's what we'll do. We can get a nice 3 bed/2bath 1,6000-1,800 sq ft, one level Ranch modular at $130,000.00 base price here, without all the option's, which we'll pick and choose as we go. Yeah, my sister lives in a lovely double wide and it's immaculate and well taken care of yet suddenly, the two section's have begun to separate and she can't even find anyone to come look at it much less fix the issue! Scary situation and I feel so bad for her. Granted they do make them better now but still, not like stick built.
Audrey Chagnon modular over manufactured is a smart choice. A modular is pretty much the same as a standard built home when it’s all done and will appreciate in value and last for as long as it’s maintained. I have land and will either build from scratch or do the modular thing for our retirement home. Good luck.
Chance...this one is pert near perfect...porch, you have me sold on square sinks, love the distressed cabinets, would make an easy change to something other black sink and appliances, love a soaking tub in the utility room, always a fan of a fireplace, love the master closet layout and location. Chance, probably the most beautiful home you’ve shown. The only negative to me is the wire shelving in the closets. I love the flooring and the large closets, and the bathrooms. Very nice cabinets. You always make me smile!

I really love this home. Beautifully done. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are absolutely beautiful, i love the flooring throughout and the bathrooms are really done well, the master is exquisite. That master bath is everything! Love this one! Like how the flooring and the island top seem to match? The laundry/mud room combo is a nice bonus and the no carpet is a nice change from the norm. But the gem of the whole thing is that dining room table! Holy moly!!

Beautiful! I would prefer stainless steel appliances though I didn’t care for the black. The cabinets were so great and I think that the steel would look so much better!🥰

I really love this home. Beautifully done. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are absolutely beautiful, i love the flooring throughout and the bathrooms are really done well, the master is exquisite. That master bath is everything! The mudd/laundry room is huge, i would love to see a pet shower in there. Great job @Chance 👏 👏👏 Much love 💘 a positive vibes ur way bro. Excellent! U keep me coming back.

YES! A wrap around porch would be an excellent for this home. Also I agree with u about the appliances. The sink should be one big sink, i don't care for that double sink. But I do love this home. Its a 🏆 winner!

This is such a BEAUTIFUL home!!! It has almost ALL my boxes checked. The most important question...is this home ADA friendly?? My husband is in a wheelchair and wider door frames are needed!!! Great video!!! 😁👍🏾

Love this one! Like how the flooring and the island top seem to match? The laundry/mud room combo is a nice bonus and the no carpet is a nice change from the norm. But the gem of the whole thing is that dining room table! Holy moly!!

The house looks very spacious, I love the tubs in both bathrooms and the windows are spacious, and I love the color on the wall!
I hate when they put windows in the homes that don't open.
