This is a beautiful home.I love the outside the blue is gorgeous. The layout is perfect. I love how they furnished this house. I’d want a wood burning fireplace someplace in this home. Not in Florida it would be gas. This looks high end. The cabinets are beautiful. I love everything about this home. The master bedroom is stunning. Beautiful bathroom. Love love love this home.
If you can get additional insulation of the inside walls, do it! We have a Clayton Modular Home, and you can hear everything. Wish we had bought additional sound proofing. I love the pocket doors. I wish they had used them in our home. Doors take up so much room. I love this house!
Looking at the floor plan two things stick out. 1. Front entrance enters into the dining area. 2. The utility/laundry room is listed as a bonus room. I do like that it has a pantry and lots of cabinets in the kitchen and the closets appear to be of decent size.
This s just a effect house! See many, many, but this is the best app very presented! Just superb, in decorating, the use of what looks like wood flooring or a good quality vinyl. Just finishes the whole house.I refer the glass door shower, don’t have water all over, and a gorgeous”wall” of cabinets in master bath.
Very beautiful home. I have no promblem coming in the main door from outside into a room of the home. My home you come into the living room. My Grandparents you came into their kitchen. Love the window lightning in each room, and the light fixtures. In the kitchen I like the desk area in the kitchen. That would allow one to work on getting mail ready to go out while watching something cooking or baking too!! Like the hidden pantry. Like all the counter top in the kitchen and bathrooms.And all the cabinet space as well. Very beautiful home. Like the siding on it and would definely keep the porch it highlights the appearance of the home on the outside. Thanks, very much Timothy for taking us on a tour of this beautiful home. This is a gorgeous house, large enough to add additional furniture, but not immense. Kitchen cabinets are just beautiful? That long space f countertop is exactly what’s needed for bake or cook projects. Magnificent pantry! I’d add a third couch to that living room ensemble.
Nice, just needs a sliding door leading to a back deck, also a fireplace, especially being in Michigan dealing with cold weather, and the extra square footage.
This house is awesome. I would definitely get the optional porch. There are a few changes I would make to make the house for handicapped accessible, but it is awesome as it is.
I loved this modular home. I'd like to see some Palm Harbour homes while you are in Florida. I have heard that the Palm Harbour homes that are made in Florida do not blow away in severe tropical storms.

Hey Timothy! Good video! That front bedroom I'd turn into a Library Music Studio Room! Love the home. I'd put a handicapped tub/shower combo in Master Bathroom though. Wonder if you could put a gas burning fireplace in the living room somewhere? Would want that or wood-burning stove in case electricity goes out in wintertime - ours does quite often! We have a wood-burning stove for our heat. Of course you can get a generator for just in case too.
Yeah! My electric piano is in the kitchen right now and there's really not room for it! And I'd love to be able to make another CD, but don't have the money to do so. I want a Studio so I can make my own CD's. Sigh! Everything just takes so much money anymore! God bless!
Nice overall. About the only thing I didn't like was when opened the master bath door to the bathroom looked like it blocked part of the water closet sliding door. Seemed awkward.
I absolutely love this home. The space, layout, and finishes are beautiful. One of the best you've shown. The only thing I'd change are the dated tulip lights in the bathrooms. I especially love the office space near the front door. All that said, I'm not a huge fan of shotgun style homes and narrow lots. Do they have something comparable in a rancher with a rear master and kitchen/ dining room?
Nice floor plan on this home. Would trade the built in microwave for a wall oven. Love having no carpet to vacuum. Nice master bed and bath, but would take away the pocket door and wall at the toilet. Much easer for a handicap person to use. Always wonder why they don't put the outlet for the hand held shower along side of the valve. It could then reach the floor. Front room would make a nice office/craft/computer room
I'm surprised there aren't more "front load" architecture manufactured homes, as many end up on long skinny lots. This style puts the living space facing the street, and if it has a porch, even better. Then you can see what's happening in the neighborhood and converse with neighbors more easily
It is an ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS House. The problem is that it would be extremely helpful to have a ball park figure. I know you can't give a complete total but some figure would be helpful to make up our minds. With all the LOVELY HOMES you show it would be extremely time consuming calling each one to get a ball park figure then they would keep calling to find out if someone was still interested. That is why I am stating this. I need to know if it will fit in my budget.
Dude! Diggin' the threads and diggin' this house. I like the Jacobsen product here in my home state. I too, like the front load homes, but I do sort of cringe when you walk in a directly see the kitchen and dining room. But overall, I like this house and definitely like the size. I'm currently looking for a mobile/modular home, but I'm relocating to a different state. So I need to see what's available in that area. Great Tour as always, Timothy! Not a fan of the orangey wood tones throughout, I'd opt for white personally...but the home itself is gorgeous! I would make a couple of changes however. The front door and window area I'd swap to two big windows, one either side and put the TV in the middle. So instead of a dining room it would be a lounge with the kitchen behind you. So when you sit you face the front, not the kitchen. The current lounge I'd make the dining area, and swap those side windows for huge wide patio doors leading out to the back garden. Then the office at the front, instead of windows, that would be the front door instead. I'd add a half bath in that room, with a private entry hall space, and coats and shoes can go in the closet. That means any day visitors have a half bath to use, and the remaining two bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. I know some people don't like entering into a kitchen, but I personally don't like the front door entering into ANY room. If I can create a separate entry hall I'd always do that. If it's raining, wet coats and shoes aren't then traipsing through my home. If it's blustery and cold out, when I answer the door I can close off the hallway door to the lounge, to prevent the cold getting into the whole home or have heat escaping. That lounge/hall door also means I can keep my dog in the lounge when answering the door. But the most important aspect to creating a private hallway is so that when I answer the door, they can only then see the hallway, not right into my whole home. Someone may be feeling unwell and laying on a sofa. Grandchildren could be over, and running around partially unclothed, if not fully naked. The home could be a mess. Expensive items could be on view. These are all reasons why I don't like opening the door to a stranger and giving them a full view of my life inside the home. I only want to share that with people I invite in. So that office makes an ideal entryway, and swapping lounge with dining room gives an ideal place to put patio doors, otherwise your only access to the back garden is through the laundry room. It's a lovely home as is, but also has the layout potential to EASILY make the perfect home for me. The master suite is perfect. It's all beautiful and well thought out. 😘😘😘
I love the lay out. I don't mind going through the dinning room for you don't have to walk through the kitchen and can go around it. I like that the laundry room is by the bedrooms and that you don't have to wait through the kitchen with my dirty clothes. The only thing I don't like is that the sink is in the island. Other than that I love this home.
Visually this home is stunning, gorgeous ! Practically, not so much. Love the porch but needs 2’8” ft. to make it 8ft” to make it truly useable. Otherwise don’t bother. It just an expensive decoration. The dishwasher opens and blocks the sink. You can’t rinse dishes and stack the dishwasher at the same time. Very poor design! Love the hidden pantry. The front bedroom is only convenient for an office or guest bedroom. You have to traipse through the living area/kitchen before and after using the shower! Embarrassing! The trey ceilings are very nice in both the bedroom and living area, defines the room and adds visual interest. Master bath double shower head 🚿 👍🏻. The laundry area I would prefer the stack machine set up with a floor to ceiling double cupboard for cleaning and laundry storage, both cupboard doors opening from the left. The pegboard is nice, maybe a matching one behind the door to outside and one inside the cupboard next to the stack washer/dryer. Over the sink a double line to hang things to dry.
I loves the front porch I'll would put white wooden Rocking chairs on the porch I prefer sitting on the patio or deck not the front porch..This 🏠 house is super 🌟 star cute it gets ten 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars
Actually liked THIS home alot, maybe HAD to do with the warm natural wood tone of the kitchen cabinets and the same woods used in The laundry room And bathrooms just is what I like and would choose. The layout isn't perfect but not bad And I could work with it especially since it has that front bedroom that I could use as a music (Piano) room and offfice/library. The only issue is I have no Wall to put My hanging Wall hutch on And Wonder if THIS home were ordered if I could delete or alter windows in The dinning area. BUT still like THIS home.
Truly beautiful home! Love the proportions and layout. Hate the horrible old-fashioned pine wood cupboards and doors though…would most definitely get those customised to white with black handles for a more modern look. Overall stunning though!👌🏻
