Damn Man, Jules Guitar, you put a whole blues college course in one video! When I learn this, I know a world tour is waiting. I love learning these techniques.
Hi Jules. Congratulations on being that accessible guitar instructor I've been seeking in what seems like forever. There are other good people out there posting helpful videos, but the way you break it down is certainly what I have needed, literally for decades. Thanks so much and keep those videos coming! For me, you are the best instructor on the internet.
Jules- YOU have an Amazing touch, mate!.. The way you attack a Note, when you want to emphasize it, and then flattens the tone write out on the next note.... It's TRUE, that people who really understand guitar, and the sounds you can get out of one, say, "Most of the BEST tones you ever HEAR on guitar, Don't come from effect boxes, but from the HANDS of the player!"... YOU just showed in this video with a pretty clean Stratocaster, how you can get different Tone and Dynamics, using the same pickup, on the same guitar without switching effects!.. I LOVE your lessons and really need to get the TAB, so I can get those licks down... But I always have trouble with that "patreon" for some reason! I've signed up a dozen TIMES, but it always acts like it doesn't recognize me!... Is that the only way I can get your tabs and lessons?
Thanks Jules! Awesome lesson as always! You make it look so easy and fluid. Thanks very much for focusing on the physical techniques and not just the note selection. It’s sometimes easier to recognize what to do than to understand how to actually develop the dexterity to execute the technique.
Great lesson, I'm learning a lot from you! I love this format, featuring a handful of useful tricks we can mix into our solos. Can you do one with glissades and those fast hammer/pull techniques?

This sounds way too much like Texas Blues. Wait. This is Texas Blues.
All blues is not created equal.
