What causes this condition and how long does it take foe the skin to build up like that?

I think that definitely could be a serious case of scalp psoriasis
All of these clumps are being removed or scraped away from the scalp area
Here’s an idea. If you have a condition that causes this, why not keep your hair short and make sure you wash and scrub your head everyday. This is just plain gross.
