இன்று இந்தியன் ரெசிபி தமிழில் மீதமான சாதத்தில் மென்மையான சப்பாத்தி செய்வது எப்படி. மீதமுள்ள சாதம் சப்பாத்தி ரெசிபி செய்வது மிகவும் எளிமையானது மற்றும் மிகவும் சுவையானது. சில சமயம் சாதம் மிச்சமாக இருக்கும் அந்த நேரத்தில் இரவு உணவிற்கு இந்த சப்பாத்தி செய்யலாம். எனவே 1 இல் 2 நன்மைகள் உள்ளன, மீதமுள்ள சாதத்தை நாம் சேமிக்க முடியும், மேலும் இரவு உணவும் தயாராகும். இந்த சப்பாத்தி சாதாரண சப்பாத்தியை விட மென்மையானது. இந்த மென்மையான அடுக்கு சப்பாத்தியை ஏதேனும் குருமா அல்லது சிக்கன் கிரேவியுடன் பரிமாறலாம். இந்த சாதம் சப்பாத்தியை வேண்டுமென்றே செய்தவுடன் இந்த சப்பாத்தி செய்முறையை செய்வதற்கு சாதம் விட்டு விடுவீர்கள்.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1//4 cup maida
1/4 cup wheat flour
wheat flour as required
salt to taste
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
1 கப் சாதம்
1/4 கப் மைதா
1/4 கப் கோதுமை மாவு
கோதுமை மாவு தேவைக்கேற்ப
ருசிக்க உப்பு
Recipe:
In a blender, take cooked rice and flours. Grind into fine paste. Transfer the ground paste to a bowl. If required add wheat flour and salt to taste. Knead and prepare a soft dough. Make a small ball sized dough and flatten it. Roll it as a normal chapati. Cook the chapati on hot tawa. Turn both sides and cook until golden brown. If you want apply some oil and cook chapati. Serve this rice chapati with any gravy, chutney or kurma of your choice. Enjoy the chapati and tell your experience.

ஒரு பிளெண்டரில், சமைத்த சாதம் மற்றும் மாவுகளை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். நன்றாக விழுதாக அரைக்கவும். அரைத்த விழுதை ஒரு பாத்திரத்திற்கு மாற்றவும். தேவைப்பட்டால் கோதுமை மாவு மற்றும் உப்பு சேர்த்து சுவைக்கவும். பிசைந்து ஒரு மென்மையான மாவை தயார் செய்யவும். ஒரு சிறிய உருண்டை அளவு மாவை செய்து அதை தட்டவும். சாதாரண சப்பாத்தியாக உருட்டவும். சூடான தவாவில் சப்பாத்தியை சமைக்கவும். இருபுறமும் திருப்பி, பொன்னிறமாகும் வரை சமைக்கவும். நீங்கள் விரும்பினால் சிறிது எண்ணெய் தடவி சப்பாத்தி சமைக்கவும். இந்த அரிசி சப்பாத்தியை உங்களுக்கு விருப்பமான குழம்பு, சட்னி அல்லது குருமாவுடன் பரிமாறவும். சப்பாத்தியை ரசித்து உங்கள் அனுபவத்தைச் சொல்லுங்கள்.
