Hello Morgan! Ooooo...I will use some of my rhubarb next year to make this! I did stewed rhubarb and victoria barbeque sauce with my rhubarb. The bbq sauce has been a huge hit this year...down to just a few jars left!

Welcome to the community 😊 Not at all but you will need to find low sugar pectin there are a few brands but we use the Sure Jell in a pink box from really any grocery store. OOOOO that looked so YUMMY! Strawberry Rhubarb is one of my favorite jams and pie! 😁 Very messy and sticky but worth it! 🤣

Pomona pectin has a good rhubarb/strawberry recipe using very low sugar.
