Thank you for the nice comment ! Yes true about the säckpipa, this makes me glad actually, I think it's prolly sounding great on säckpipa (I don't play it myself though).
Firmly I believe and truly that the wind came to play with you out of joy for hearing this tune there, in the very place its author lived in, thus making the video a uniqueness more beautiful than a ‘flawless’ studio recording. It’s like the ‘musca depicta’ on the baroque paintings: nothing human can be perfect, but what is perfect lacks humanity. So, well done.

I just mixed and mastered a song my friend Mary O wrote and sang. Recorded 10 years ago at her kitchen table. Dishes clattering in the back ground. I wouldn't change it. Don't worry for the wind. It's a great recording.
Absolutely beautiful. Your work is one of the inspirations for me to learn how to play the violin as well as the viola. I just started a few months ago and only know 4 songs so far. Not up to your level of playing yet. Foam wrapped around the microphone will knock out the wind noise. depending on what you are using to record your videos you can get a foam sock for microphones. Just checked on line and you can get wind covers for cell phones. They look like very fluffy tails or fluffy beards for cell phones. I don't remember ever seeing anything like this before... I feel old.... Keep up the good work. You are amazing.
Thank you so much for this nice message ! I'm so glad to help you find the inspiration of learning to play fiddle and viola ! Keep up the good work =) And thank you for the tips ; I do have a foam cover for my mic but not for my camera and when I record like this while on roadtrip, I take just the bare minimum with me, so I had neither the mic nor the foam cover, just the tiny basic camera ^^'
I liked seeing the tune played on site.
Haha "jävla vind". I thought it was fine with the wind. And I really like this tune. Playable on säckpipa if you play the B-part in the same octave.

Tack så mycket!! Beautiful tune that I wanted to pick up for a while now :)
Varsågod =) It's really one of my favourites and a good challenge on nyckelharpa - but not too hard either. Just good amount of hard ^^
beautiful tune!
Bra att du fermedlar jonk-jonas musik!

Thank you for these kind words =) I very much agree about nothing being fully perfect, but often conveying actually more feeling in the imperfection.
