I’m travelling three hours from home to visit an award-winning Australian goat and sheep dairy farm in this short documentary. A farm with delicious tasting products excels in taking care of its animals, the environment and the community. It’s one of the largest of its kind in Australia.
Being a Chef and fussy about quality, I always like to know where my food comes from and how it’s made. Watch how goat cheese is made, the health ,benefits and how these farmers got it right!
