Tottoko Hamutaro (Hamtaro) Dechu TV and DVD Dos and Don'ts

A short segment on TV and DVD safety and proper use that plays when inserting a Tottoko Hamutaro Dechu DVD I got in Japan a couple of years ago. I actually meant to upload this a lot sooner but I was just lazy to do it (also this wasn't in the files when I ripped the DVD for some reason so I had to capture it separately like if it were a VHS)

1. Don't watch bright scenes in the dark
2. Don't get too close to the tv
3. Don't draw, put stickers, or do any kind of decorating on the disk.
4. Be sure to put the disk back in its case and back on the shelf when you're done with it.
5. Always have fun and share the movie with others.

Oh, you’re not supposed to watch TV in the dark because of seizures.
Seeing Bijou watch TV in the dark with a glow stick was very unexpected, to the point where it was funny. As for the rest of the Ham-Hams, not so much. Boss, Howdy, Dexter and Oxnard (to an extent) aren’t that stupid. In general, I really don’t like that the Ham-Hams were dumbed down for this segment. Wouldn’t it have worked better with Penelope in their place?
