Sometimes leftovers were the best especially if they were from a restaurant. Being rarely able to eat out, being able to eat a nice meal twice in a row used to be my favorite.
I feel that. My sister had kidney failure and would get these nepro shakes given to her because she was on dialysis. She didn't like them so sometimes I'd drink them when we had nothing to eat and would feel sick... because I wasn't supposed to drink them. :/ But it was better than nothing.
I am a korean born and my mom always says me that you have to use your most brain in kitchen. Her words are so true after I live away. Miss you mom!! (She is still alive)

It is totally your choice what you eat but plz don't skip breakfast. It is the 1st meal of the day and it increases metabolism rate hence keeping a person energetic and lively for the rest of the day.

I love leftovers because I don't usually get tired of something unless it's bad. And if it's bad, I just add stuff to make it better (lemon/ lime juice, hot sauce, and herbs/ onions can save almost any bad savory dish).
I knew I had arrived as a competent home cook when it was time to make dinner and I stopped opening cookbooks. Don't get me wrong, a new recipe every now and then shakes things up nicely, but learning to cook with whatever you have is a great life skill that will get you through just about anything.
