When I feel overwhelmed and anxious I do a tea shot. A little of hot water and put in a linden, Ashwangandha and chamomile tea let it sit for around 10 minutes. No sugar in it. When the water gets dark it’s ready. I start felling immediate relieve. I also do it when I get panic attacks. It has helped me keep out from prescription pills. Hopefully it helps

I never really thought about the pressure side of being a UA-cam creator (probably because I’m not one haha) and that being “behind” feeling applying to you guys as well. I’m mean thinking about it, it makes total sense! I know in “real life” (didn’t know how else to word that) as a mama of seven I often find myself feeling that way and find comfort and motivation in those moments in your videos. Wilton piping bags..amazon sells different sizes and they are disposable. They also sell 'rubber band' things for the tops to keep the icing from coming out of the back of the bag!

When i organize my tupperware things, if they can stack in each other then i do that with all the lids stacked on top of the bunch. You can also use zip lock bags for piping bags.
