Hi! Yes Im happy with this tires. Grip between AD08R and Toyo R888R, but less expensiv. The side walls are less strong compare to similar tires, so you need more attention to your tire pressure. Wet driving is okay too, but not as good as AD08R.
Hi currently I drive cayman (see my channel) on track but want BRZ/GT86 for trackdays what must I change on the car for track, pls advise You have extra oil cooler? rgs
Hi and sorry for the late answer! The BRZ is a good car for trackdays, if you eliminate some overheating and oil pressure problems: You need an oil cooler and thicker engine and diff. oil. For the engine 5w40 and above is okay. I use 10w60 from Motul 300V. You also need a good oil buffer plate, for example from Cosworth. Better brakes are recommend. For example Nürburgring GP: After less than two rounds my OEM brakes overheated. My current setup for the brakes are Traxox F2000 with Endless ME22. On front I drive VMAXX 4-Piston caliper 330mm brake kit. The VMAXX caliper are similar to AP-Racing and use the same AP-Racing brake pad type. Edit: I forgot to mention that you also need better brake fluid like Ferodo Super Formula. I hope these informations are helpful for you. Have a great day!
Nice! CU @ LFM/ACC in the GT4 at Zolder 🙂
crazy I've just ordered these tires for my GT86, are you happy with them? (I have the OEM size)
