I want to open this services provider company
I spoke to this guy and worked in his company.
In general he is very strict and determined.
I must say that his company is growing faster but
1. Work culture is not good.
2. Management and hiring consultants are not as much good.
3. The ground team is excellent except few.
4. Company is Doing some Illegal Activities
like getting loan on Salaried based Employees and then Firing them.
5. Employees are also doing some looting from the warehouse.
6. The shift of a normal person, who are working in the stores should an average working hours. Employees health is not Valued in this company.
7. Store employees are most uneducated & not understanding, I think they should consider to this.

Please talk to some food retailers and take feedback. On paper, it looks great. On field, no retailer wants to place order on ninjacart.
My case study is based on real reviews, my team conducted a surevey before video.
True.. Because there are hundreds of such companies which are having useless huge valuation just because the benefits for their investors.. . In reality very few people use it.
Their revenues range mere few crores but valuations are like next tata, Birla etc.

Real project will be recognized when the software penetrates indian boundaries and becomes famous throughout the world. Because compitition outside of india is ruthless. Most of these companies literally steal and copy foreign app ideas and apply them in india that's why they are successful in india only. Apps like tiktok , whatsaap ,pubg mobile, facebook, instagram has become successful throughout world which is near to impossible for indian apps. Only few apps have managed to emerge outside of india like oyo , zomato.

सरकार को करोड़ पति अरबपति खरबपतियों का एक पैमाना तय करना चाहिए।एक निश्चित आमदनी से ज्यादा आमदनी अगर कोई व्यक्ति करता है तो वह गैर कानूनी है।
इस तरह से समाज केऔर लोग भी अपना बिजनेस और कारोबार कर सकेंगे।
