Just wantes to say that i have recently tasted their biryani....from their fhaziabad outlet...initially while ordering, i thought it was a bit costly....but after tasting that authentic taste....i realised that i can even pay double that price to have that biryani and the sweet gesture by their staff....their biryani is literally very fresh and i can surely say that you won't better than this even in hyderabad....they serve something really delicious...

I have had a bad experience with BBK last Friday (4 June) when i placed an order for above inr 2k. Some of the food items were stale. Also couple of items were short shipped. And their system did not act on my feedback. I think they have started taking their customer for granted now

I have been working in a corporate industry for more than 2 years now and left my job recently because i want to go for a business in food industry specifically - Biryani. As, i believe my mother cooks very well. I have been doing research on the same as how to go about it. But I would still request you if possible to create video on how to go about important things - finance, location, manpower and marketing when you start your business. Wow. ! Great podcast. ! Loved it, each bit of it. But one thing I came to know that to open a restraunt, you need good amount of money, sir, invested 40 lakhs to open Biryani by Kilo. ! But journey is inspiring.
As a cloud kitchen owner I am just curious how they can cook biryani on order bcoz its a slow cooking process and it will take around 2 hr to make good biryani
All this is just marketing tricks. They survive mainly on people who have not eaten and cooked meat in family. Lousy food and lousy concept from roadside street vendors who sell by kilo. Biryani is not made in individual servings, that's first red flag, second is except salad and papad nothing in indian cusine can be cooked on order. If course butter chicken is not an indian dish but Indian masalas adopted to European pan style cooking.
Their Biryani and Galauti kabab were so pathetic, we had to throw away the entire food. 1200 wasted. I am amazed how they can sell such bland food at this scale.
You asked really good appropriate question..though I am currently in railway construction, planning to open my own contractship...this video was helpful
