I don't know why Warner Bros hates him so much. He was originally the villain for Superman 3 but they forced them to accept a horrible script instead. Superman Lives was cancelled likely BECAUSE of him or one of the main reasons. His appearance could've made Superman Returns make more sense, making Superman lose contact with Earth while he was away for five years. They fired Zack Snyder who had Brainiac in his Man of Steel 2 script. I hope he eventually shows up on Superman & Lois with the help Brainiac 5, Martian Manhunter and Dreamer

What was the reason the Justice league wanted to help Darkseid against Braniac? I mean they could have gone after Braniac after he destroyed Apokolips. What was the risk of letting Braniac do it?
Because Darkseid was seeking the antilife equation. If Brainiac absorbed all the knowledge on Apokolips, he would have found out about that. Darkseid couldn't solve the anitlife equation, but Brainiac definitely could.

In the Antimatter Universe, a version of Brainiac exists. This Brainiac, Anti-B, manipulated Lex Luthor of this Earth to cross dimensional barriers and enter the Matter Universe, or Earth Prime. Anti-B was subservient to Ultraman, a villainous counterpart to Superman, and his bots were not that tough for the Justice League. Anti-B was actually a combination of organic and synthetic materials, making Superman unable to destroy him. But when the dopplegangers were switched back, Ultraman lobotomized Brainiac and still had him a slave, mindlessly obeying orders. This Brainiac planned to destroy Earth 2 and Earth Prime, collecting the energies of both sides, saving trillions of people, and finally being free of Ultraman. Of course, this plan failed, because on Earth 2, good is evil, and evil wins.
When I was mentioning lobo with war world him betrayal of justice league was from me overhearing definitely and also before the animated movie war world and yeah the animated movie was good anyways nevertheless and I totally overheard the lobo sending heroes to war world (Deadpool could lock up heros to battle world maybe from lore)
About the only time I really liked reading a Brainiac story is Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Strikes Again". The evil that was manifested by Lex Luthor and Brainiac are exactly the kind of villains that make heroes shine! I'm not sure if that story is in this video, which means that it's probably not. I have just finished watching this video, for the second time. I was right, the Frank Miller Brainiac isn't included in this video.

Brainiac is such an horribly written character, he needs better writing and a substantial origin. Why would someone this powerful waste their time with Superman?! It's actually insulting to the character. Ultra Humanite and Gorilla Grodd also fall into this trope.
