      You are very welcome! I would recommend 7,500 steps per day or more (if possible)

    I can’t hear you when you have a video in the background with yourself talking at the same time as you are in the front video. Can you please turn off the sound of the inserted video clip please. It’s really really hard on my Long Covid head too. It almost hurts.
