Yes you do and so does anyone who considers themselves a fan of incredibly good music. I was fortunate enough to see them in LA last September. It propelled me from fan to fanatic. Absolutely outstanding in every single aspect and just as importantly they engage their audience in a very real and personal way. They don't talk at the crowd. They talk with the crowd. And the crowd responds. I was maybe ten feet away right between MISA and Miku and in retrospect it was one of the greatest concert experiences of my life. Sakuramento wa Bando Meido ga daisuki! Sacramento loves Band-Maid!
I second Robert, I was sitting in an Uber share after the show on my way back to my Hotel and was unable to chat or listen to ordinary life, just did not want the Buzz to end
It kind of sucks for me cause the nearest city in my state they have shows at is Dallas which is like a 5 hour drive.

Dave Cook it would be if I had a car that can make that journey I manly use mine to go to and from work. Also if you ever driven in Texas it can be monotonous due to being flat so no scenery it can get old really quick.

For those who are LUCKY enough to go, B-M has 5 tour dates set for Japan starting July 16 and ending August 16, 2020. Limited tickets do to covid-19. Also (if still on) the Japan Government of Tourism will cover 50% of airfare & hotel.
This was the song that knocked me out and made me run run run run to get all I could get from Band-Maid and thinking on why and how did I spent so many years ignoring them,,, they are one of my fav bands of all time (others being Zappa, Dead Kennedys, Slayer, Deep Purple, etc) and these days definitely my very very number one!! I melt over Kanami but each one is amazing!
Get teh battle between Kanami and MISA, "Don't you tell me" live in Zepp Tokyo 2018...

I was fortunate enough to see them last year. Small venue, up close, you could see the perspiration on their faces from all the energy they put out. See them, it will change your life, for sure.
The live version of this song which happens to be the second song of the show. Of the recently-released live DVD. Which was filmed and recorded on February 14th of this year. It's actually just as explosive, tight and full sounding live. Bubble is another great song from that show. But in all honesty just about every song is flawlessly delivered in that show. You really got to go to the live stuff !

I would like Band-maid's songs to be world class. But I doubt it will ever be because I will never play on commercial radios like in America. But I ardently wish it.
Just because they don't play on USA (or Australian) radio DOES NOT mean they are not World Class
It’s more like they are world-class in terms of quality but the band is not universally recognized well-known and unfortunately probably never will be.

I just had a rerun of your 5 Babymetal reactions (hey, it's lockdown and seeing your reactions cheered me up for a while!) and it was great to see your reactions in order (WTF?...Hmmm...I liked that a lot!...I'm in love...All hail Queen Su!) but I was surprised you've only done 5. I'm guessing Band-Maid distracted you, which is totally understandable, but it would be great to see you getting the chills you got seeing them live for a few more times. Can I recommend the day in 2014 when Babymetal appeared in the UK for the first time, at our biggest Metal festival, in front of 65,000 Metal fans who had mostly never heard of them and were waiting to see Metallica headline. Su was 16 and a half and Moa and Yui were 15. This song is 1 of the 3 songs on the album Conqueror, that I give 10/10.
The other 12 songs is given 9's and 8's. A very strong album.

A concert if them live? That is pure energie! They grab you by the throat and do not let go untill the last note has been played and after that, no matter how much energie you have lost, you want more. I mean, they rock full throttle for 2 hours and almost no break time.
Is there break time, they interact with the fans as if you just invited them to your home.
Once seen live, you look for the next available one to go to. It's an addiction. And a darn good one.
As said above, check the live video out for Freedom. Not officially put on their you tube, I recorded it from the DVD since this is my favorite live song. You can see how much fun they have and goofing around.

@@franshendrix1404 Well, Zepp 2018 version has its own story to tell, Cinderelle lost shoes in the crowd, etc. But you're right, only Akane 2020 herself raises this song musically to an unprecedented level. And if there was not this very poor sound mix, and probably the worst video quality from their concert albums so far (I have this Blu Ray) ...
@@viaverde3153 That is true, the beginning is terrible! Quality of the total camerawork is average at most to be honest. But still worth the money, I mean... overall it's the best show they gave by far.
@@franshendrix1404 I really don't know anymore. Surely the money is needed for girls, especially now, when the forced by epidemic concert break is going on. But they released definitely the worst-produced live album after over 6 years of the band's existence... One can say that the quality of this release is almost inversely proportional to the quality of the performance. Something is wrong with their label. And it is getting worse.
