      The skin likely contains some extra fiber, but nutritionally speaking, you’re better off eating kiwi however you prefer😇

      You don't have to but most people prefer to. Perfectly fine to eat the skins (other commenter was right about fiber), or seek out kiwi berries which don't have the "fur".
