      Oh Yeah, there were many times i had the Honour to ‘help’ my father during his daily activities on his daily work. Wich was in winter let growing a certain vegetable, i don’t know the english Word! It’s called here in the Netherlands “White Crop” !? Is that recognizible for Ye?

    I just happened to film this piece on the i phone,i thought it fitted the day that was in it.The both of you are fine musicians.Maybe i can arrange with you to film a tribute to Barney sometime soon.

    i was there in september 1971, and recorded a session (not the dubliners) with a primitive mono cassette recorder (one-knob-philips). so sad none of the old dubliners is still alive :(

    I GAVE A TENOR 90 PLUS YEARS OLD TO TERRY PIPER MY BROTHER INLAW NEW IT WAS RIGHT BECAUSE OF THE BRIDGE AND WOW ALL NOW IS A 5 STRING NOT WEALTHY BUT THAT TOO WILL BE PLAYED AND WELL THE BEST IF IRISH CELTIC VIKING AND PARTING GLASSES APON EMERALD ISLES MUSIC SHARED AND TRADITION WILL GO ONNNNNNNNN xxoo

    Tune sounds like Eileen MacMahon maybe a little unregarded on these shores though the words are about emigration, lonliness, and isolation
