THIS WORKS!!!! I’ve been treating my hair with henna gloss for the past 5 months , along with a protective style under wigs , liquid biotin supplement and my hair has transformed , I’ve never had hair this strong. The shedding / fall has reduced , thickness increased and my length has been retained . 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

    Great video, Vy 😉
I used to love doing 2-step henna indigo session for strength and colour purposes. But recently I've decided to grow out my greys. I've been watching a lot of grey haired, but young, UA-camrs whose hair looks beautiful. And besides, it used to take all day to do the two step and I'm getting kinda sick of it now. I guess I'll see how it looks... Cassia from now on 😬

Could you do a hair care routine? Like what you actually do every/most wash days? 🦋

I put almond oil or olive oil in my hair every time after I wash my henna gloss/mask out. Is this ok?

It's fine. Henna is permanent oil is not going to do anything to it.

Thank you for your continued education. While it truly is not a pressing inquiry, I am curious as to why there was a name change to your chanel? Is there a video or post somewhere addressing that? I am a tad but baffled. Is the current name on the channel the name given to you by your parents at birth? Regardless, just know that I love your content and the delivery of it. Stay safe everyone.

I oil my roots once a month and it always removes the color right away. But only my roots, when I oil my entire hair it won’t budge

Thank you for another great video! I have a question on how to best remove the oil from hair. I have very thin, straight hair and even a small amount of any oil makes me look like a wet mouse. I want to do consistent olive oil treatments (per your recommendation) but my hair feels greasy after washing it even 4-5 times during one shower. So it takes several next days and washes to remove it all but then it’s time for another treatment. Just today I tried a liquid shampoo, bar shampoo, conditioner and my hair looks like I haven’t washed it in weeks. It’s so frustrating for me since I always have to put my hair in a braid (which looks very sad because it’s thin hehe). Plus, I shed so.much.hair 😔. Any recommendations on how to remove the oil?

You should try a lighter oil that has a similar effect to olive oil like jojoba, almond, or avocado oil. I have fine hair and these oils do the same but don’t weight it down like olive oil

For fine straight hair I would suggest argon oil since it’s the lightest oil and is perfect for fine hair. I have really thick curly hair and although Avocado oil and a bunch of others don’t weigh my hair down I think that they would still be too heavy for fine straight hair

ReeseyCup I usually use hennasooq henna and indigo and I’ll mix it in a 50:50 or maybe a bit more indigo than that. I like my hair now that I’m old be be somewhere between dark brown and medium brown. It looks best on me but hennasooq last batch of indigo was very weak. They realize this and are waiting for new indigo to come in but it’s taking a while because of coronavirus and such. Soooooo I just ordered from Moroccan Method the dark brown and medium brown and I’m going to mix them together and see. Continuing on with this long story that you didn’t ask for. I do like the control of separate indigo and henna because I can get maximum gray coverage when I choose the perfect ingredients. Red raj ( less orange tones but deeper red) and indigo. Each crop of henna has its own development time and indigo needs to be put on within a half hour after hydrated. It cover the gray best. I’m curious how the already mixed Moroccan method will work in the meantime. Thank for listening 😂

@@TracyD2 ok cool. I've heard good things about hennasooq. I just started applying the natural method of coloring my gray and it was a process, whew chile. But I'm going to stay the course bc my hair deserves it. Self care ain't no small feat 😵

ReeseyCup My scalp started to have allergic reactions to hair dye a few years back. Which is not that uncommon. I don’t have a choice anymore. I wish there was a healthy permanent hair dye. We can send a man to the moon but cannot create a healthy hair dye. Henna is a process but it becomes easier and easier less messier too as you streamline your technique. I will treat it as a chemical dye and just do my roots than every other time bring it down to the ends or I’ll mix with conditioner or oil and bring it down my ends to refresh and get that shine that henna does so well. Peace.

Hello! I have just discovered your channel and I think it is awesome. I used cassia for the first time a couple weeks ago and was blown away! I would really like to try henna instead, but am concerned about it turning super red. I don’t mind reddish brown, or even brown. Actually a medium brown would be super pretty. I have heard Body Art Quality (BAQ) henna is best. Which one do you use? There are so many and I am still not sure which one to buy. Thank you for your help! ❤️❤️
