    If you were to implement this into an affiliate model program, how would you do it?

    realy great insight to incoroporate the Conjugate System for a CrossFiter ! Thanks ! Just one question , when/how you incoroporate the Metcon/Skills work ?

      Skills I prefer to roll pre-session when one is at their freshest, and when complemented correctly can be a great way to not only gain skill acquisition, but prime the movement patterns upcoming. Metcons I prefer to keep for a separate session if barbell/db work is involved, however if it is a mono structural breather (consisting of a cardio machine) it can be performed directly post (preferably keeping duration sub 20min).
