  • It's been four months since the damning Mosia investigation Report on the state of the University of South Africa was finalised and submitted to the Higher Education Department. The Report revealed alleged instances of maladministration and painted a picture of a university that's dysfunctional.
Some of the students and workers are calling for the resignation of Unisa's Vice Chancellor, Professor Puleng Lenkabula, and the university's council, demanding action following the release of the report. Does Unisa have a leadership crisis?
Joining me to discuss this is Professor Puleng Lenkabula herself.

Im a lady from Zimbabwe who is a unisa student . Your staff is dull, unconcerned about their duties to students. And you are not addressing the issues even on this interview. 😢

If one want to understand the corruption in that institution, follow case number GATW15026-18 at CCMA, where Unisa management collided with labour brokers to exploit over hundred employees, and the matter has been filled with CCMA since 2018 and still have to be finalized by CCMA, the matter is scheduled to sit at CCMA on the 28th,29th to the 30th August 2023, I am one of the complainant in the matter.

    Poor journalism!
Why does Siswe allow her to speak over him and to dominate the interview.

Unisa must hire its graduates to assist with the backlog.

By far, this was the worst interview- A guest avoiding direct questions and instead provided useless side information and spoke over the host. Please reconsider your apathy attitude, @Sizwe, and call your guests to order

A bad interview by him actually. Perhaps it's the structure in which the producers intended? He was the one cutting and intejecting her in her responses, that were rather lengthy, but gave context to those not well versed in the operation of institutions
