Hello po.. Yes pwede po vegetable oil ang gamitin pero mas malasa at mas moist po talaga pag butter ang gagamitin.. Pero if you choose oil po, use 3/4 amount of oil para sa specified amount ng butter.. Para sa recipe na to, 240g butter ang ginagamit.. So 180g vegetable oil lang ang kelangan mong gamitin pang substitute ng butter..

Standby ba ibig mo sabihin? Yes pwede po.. Sa akin by twos lang din ang pag bake ko kasi maliit lang ang oven ko.. Bale tatlong batch sa pagbake sa lahat ng colors.. So far okay naman po yung ibang naka standby.. 🙂

Have you considered replacing the the milk with buttermilk po? Moist naman po ba at tender yung crumb ng cake ninyo with using just milk? Nag re research po kase ako kung ano ang best na recipe para po sa birthday cake ng anak ko request nya kase is "rainbow cake" and she likes the texture of cakes made with buttermilk (such as red velvet) that is super moist and tender. Ang fear ko naman baka maging too dense yung texture at hindi na clearly defined yung each cake color layer. Pasensya na ang haba ng comment ko. Amateur baker lang po kase ako :) Maraming salamat po!

I made this recipe and my layers were soooooo thin :( maybe I used the wrong size pan but it looked the same 😩
