Diesen Eindruck habe ich auch. So anstrengend das Touren laut seinen eigenen Aussagen auch ist, offenbar wird all das durch das Feedback seiner Fans und das Wiedersehen seine weltweiten Bekannten aufgehoben - ganz zu schweigen davon, dass es für sein finanzielles Auskommen sorgt.
"just to do the same thing again" - does he really? To my ears, the old HIM songs sound very different, which is less due to the musicians than to the current arrangements. Also, I suspect that the end of HIM wasn't just down to Ville, there were some quarrels within the band beforehand. I too regret that HIM is history, because the interaction of these guys, especially Linde and Migé, was very unique and did Ville's compositions extremely well.
@@QOMABAND having so much memories and melancholia with that band i cant feel anything from this set ... no linde mige burton ... gas was apart before due to his problem as we know but the rest ... i was in their goodbye tour and it was great yet sad kinda ... now that i see this when we put so much support to their latest album yet vile said kinda we couldnt be the same like old days but i was like nooo this last album is amazing yet they decided to get disband ... now these guys with no feeling when playing its just another song ... honestly when i heard new 69 eyes tracks i was in tears seeing them still together and great old sounds are back ... but i dont know ... me and my wife get to know each others by HIM ... its very especial for us as old fans ... we cant connect with this at all ... logo is the same music is the same so why the band is changed at all?! was there a problem ?! ...
@@arashgrgsson3841 oh but these guys are absolutely putting their own flavour on it which is great, you can see it in the character and groove they give in the guitar solos and drum bits. Yeah i'm an old fan too but you don't see me whining, i'm just happy the music ville wrote lives on and that he's alive to do it. And tbh i think the new 69 eyes is just ok, i think they've been treading water for quite a while now.

as an old fan of HIM im sad and angry he disbanded the former HIM just to do the same thing again ... why?! ...
