why is his voice so high and thin? it's nothing like when he was younger, does he have any health issues?

I think he has a ton of health issues. Damage from excessive drinking in the past does not go away. Also, his teeth have all been replaced, suggesting how much damage has been done to his body. Just looking at him gives me the impression of a worn-out man. Still love him though, an absolute legend.
