As per the SDA propaganda machine. Canright literally lived with the Whites, and I'm sure knew the inner workings very well. Maybe too well. The book I was Canrights Secretary has been proven to be a total fraud and fabrication of Arthur White. Shall we go on.
Are you talking about Dudley Canright or Moses Hall? Moses Hall left the church and joined Spiritualism and wrote books about it. Dudley Canright joined Baptist church and served as a reputable pastor in their ranks.
@ @AlbertinoSchorea.d1l is simply echoing what he or she has been told by the SDA church leaders. They never do independent, open-minded and fair research to see if what they've been told about people like D. M. Canright is actually true or not. They never study the other side but will come on platforms like these to spew their one-sided views. D. M. Canright was a well-respected and honorable Baptist Minister. To the SDAs, he somewhat committed the unpardonable sin when he dared to denounce his belief that Ellen White was a true prophet. They set to assassinate his character after that.
Doubt and unbelief vs faith and trust. Every soul decides its own destiny by these contradictory emotions. Let's have faith in God, and win our inheritance to immortality and the rewards of bliss.
He that thinketh he standeth let him be careful lest he fall. This is a war with the devil. Without Christ we can do nothing. Now these things happened unto them as ensample unto us
That was a pretty good AI at the end. Sounds like Canright was not as solidly grounded in biblical teaching as he may have thought he was. Sounds also as though he was more concerned with his popularity rather than being a servant of God and what the Adventist message was about.
Are you 100% certain that the information you gathered from the video is true? What if it was intended to demonize him? What if there is something more sinister about those who present these articles about D. M. Canright? What if false witness is being manufactured against Canright in order to protect someone's legacy? Try investigating all the sides with an open mind, free from SDA biases and see what you unearth. Be a Berean and prove all things.
Crazy CanRight again? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. At EW funeral ,CanRight pass 3 times to view her in her casket and said.that ELLEN WHITE WAS A TRUE CHRISTIAN. how about that?
Truth can afford to be fair. All the attacks against the Adventists I have found to have no real foundation for their alternative belief systems. The Basic pillars of Adventism have proven to be unchallengeable from Scripture. The Seventh-day Sabbath, the Second Coming of Jesus, the True Sanctuary service in Heaven, the Importance of Prophecy, Times and Dates, based upon sound knowledge of Basic History.
You need to do a more open-minded study of the Bible. When you do, you'll discover that there are serious flaws in the SDA belief system. Even Ellen White realized this before she died. There's a greater disappointment coming for Adventism. Denominational pride and spiritual elitism are wreaking havoc within Adventism and preventing many from taking a second look at what the church holds as true. There are bible scholars and researchers who know for a FACT that all is not well in SDA land but are fearful to address some of these matters because of the consequences that'll follow. Beware of the Laodicean spirit that causes us to deceive ourselves into believing that we're rich, increased with goods and hath need of nothing.

*This video doesn't address Canright's objections* Here they are: D.M. Canright's Main Objections to Seventh-day Adventism His objections to Seventh-day Adventism are articulated in his book, Seventh-day Adventism Renounced, where he outlines several key points of contention. *1. Doctrinal Errors* Canright labeled Seventh-day Adventism as a "system of error," asserting that its teachings were fundamentally flawed. He described the beliefs of the church as a "yoke of bondage," suggesting that they imposed unnecessary burdens on believers and led them away from true faith . *2. The Nature of God* One of Canright's significant criticisms was related to the church's understanding of the Trinity. He argued that the Adventist view was inconsistent with traditional Christian doctrine, particularly regarding the nature of Jesus Christ and His relationship to God the Father . *3. Prophetic Claims* Canright was also critical of the prophetic claims made by the church, particularly those associated with Ellen G. White, one of the church's founders. He questioned the validity of her visions and writings, suggesting that they were not divinely inspired and misled followers. *4. Legalism and Salvation* He expressed concerns about the legalistic tendencies within Adventism, arguing that the emphasis on Sabbath observance and dietary laws detracted from the core message of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Canright believed that such practices could lead to infidelity and a distorted understanding of grace. *5. Church Authority* Canright criticized the hierarchical structure of the church, which he felt stifled individual thought and dissent. He believed that the church's authority was often placed above Scripture, leading to a form of spiritual oppression . In summary, D.M. Canright's objections to Seventh-day Adventism centered around doctrinal errors, the nature of God, prophetic claims, legalism, and church authority, all of which he believed undermined the true essence of Christianity.
@ Former, in all 5 points, Canright was wrong. Just read those 5 points listed above, and take the opposite position, and you'll be much closer to the truth.
@ Canright was 100% correct on all 5 points, and the real SDA scholars knew that, hence the reason for the all out assault on his character. SDAs go after you bitterly once they can't refute your objections to the beliefs using proper time tested and effective biblical interpretation methods. Like Roman Catholicism they start placing labels on you like: Jesuit, apostate, heretic, demonic e.t.c. Go back into SDA history and study well how anyone who dared to challenge the beliefs were treated. They'll sully your name with all manner of manufactured accusations just to discredit you, just as they did to Canright and many others.
There's another side to the Canright story which most SDAs are totally unaware of. People seem to be only interested in one side of the story. The side that was given by those who set out to totally discredit and demonize him. Don't be quick to just believe and accept what you hear about Canright, without first investigating all sides to the issue. A lot was said about Canright that was proven to be false by honest and fair researchers. I challenge folks to do due diligence and be fair to the man's legacy. Don't only take what one group of historians who have an agenda to defend Adventism and Ellen White at any cost and by any means, say about him. Many will pay a price in the end for deliberately suppressing information, misleading the brethren, bending the truth and ignoring the whole truth and story about the conflict between Canright and the Whites. As a denomination that claims to be the truth and the remnant, we lack HONESTY. There's a serious Romanism within. I shake my head. One day the whole truth about Adventism's well-guarded history will be fully exposed, and many will be greatly disappointed. God have mercy on us.
If you are going to make statements such as those made by you, please be kind enough to give research material to prove the "suppressing information" material. Your statements of "we lack HONESTY" provide nothing more than a lack of HONESTY on your part.

They'll demonize you and assassinate your character instead of treat with the issues raised. That sort of mindset speaks volumes to a more serious and deeper problem within.
