- So this yard is really cool. We actually cleaned up this home almost two years ago and after we posted the video, the home owner reached out to us, he said the yard has grown up again and since he is disabled he is unable to care for the property, he needed help again so the property could be in decent shape to be sold. We were glad to help and midway through the yard someone actually showed up interested in buying the property. Stay tuned for part 2!

Y'all are so good to come back and clean up the yard again. I was just looking at the mobile home and realized that it must be around 50+ years old. Just by looking at the back of it, with the broken window, I can bet that critters must live in it, and the walls and floors are rotted out. I'm not being negative, just saying what I'm thinking. Back in the day, I bet that place was really cute inside and out. I do pray that they are able to sell it quickly. Because I totally understand what they are going through. Gods speed and Blessings to everyone.

1st let me say that u young men nd ur father r a GODSEND to the people that yaw help each nd every time u r there but I also wanna say that I just had a birthday the 4th of February nd different people asked me what I want nd all I could say is that I am blessed to see another day nd hopefully another year. To me it's just another day nd that made me grateful nd I thank GOD for the days he has given me bcuz a lot of my friends didn't live to c their 25th birthday nd to me that was a very sad day in mt life. But plz grateful of what ur parents give u bcuz my children didn't get gifts for their birthdays. I gave em love, clothing nd reading books. To me that was a blessing in itself. You are saying they cut this yard before for free , dang , when will pity run out for some especially for the younger generations that's in their 30 , 40 and 50's those who are always unhappy and complaining 24/7 that's always looking for a hand up and a hand out 🙄 they that want give the elderly , disable, sick and the veterans a chance of getting help its so sad 😉 to be young and able enough to work and do yard work themselves and will not
I do understand this properly because he said that they are kinda elderly but I've seen some younger sorry people saying I can't I say buy a lawnmower and get to work but instead they keep complaining

You may never know (and I hope you don't have to) how cleaning this up will help the owners from a mental aspect to let go of this property. I had a family member in nearly same situation. They didn't want to sell for sentimental reasons and when they needed to sell for financial reasons, it was tough. It could have been sold for about 1/4 of the price because a buyer for the land only can't make an informed judgement with all the growth. On top of the financial aspect, the owner was able to finally have the closure mentally and envision what a great place (not just the trailer but the land) was and could be for someone in the future.
Both homes need some TLC. Having the grounds manicured certainly helps though. Great job!

Trailer isn't close enough to the road for litter bugs. Hope no one is trespassing. That would be frightening for that couple. Another fabulous video and second job on this property. I know you all are blessing to many people and doing good things which is awesome. My husband and I are seniors also, and we are blessed to have health to take care of our double wide and acre of land both inside and out. 1:44 I don't understand if someone has bad health and in need of money and let's a piece of property sit there with two junkie trailers, instead of selling it.And use the money to help their self. And all of these mowing UA-cam videos talking about all of them not just this one, time and time again we see abandoned houses overgrown and just sitting there.
Sorry I know this comment will not settle well with others that read it. But I do sincerely thank you all for being a blessing and raising your sons and showing them how to help others.
A lot f time, abandoned houses are in the estate of someone who died. The beneficiaries can’t agree on what to do with them so the houses sit empty and ignored. It’s sad because where I live (Seattle area) there is a shortage of affordable houses. The blessing boys make them look nice for the neighborhood, and maybe make it so the estate can sell it. Good on you🎉

Thats one thing growing up we always did shoveled older folks drive ways when they couldnt or cut their grass Thats what neighbors did Sadly people just dont do that any more. Monday 12th, I just finished watching the rest of the first video. As usual you all have done a phenomenal job! I am so glad someone is interested in buying the property. I pray it goes well for the owner and it will benefit him greatly. Hopefully the new owner will take away those trailers and do something good with the property. Living in the foothills of North Carolina myself, you see so much of these junkie trailers and then some slumlord still rents them out. I hope for the sake of the people that live around this said property, that won't be with this property.
And to the people that commented on my original commentary, I was well aware of the part that the gentleman that owns the property is in bad health. That is why I'm so hoping he's able to sell it.

When I see tall grass like that I can’t help but wonder what vermin could be living in it, especially snakes. Team Blessing Boys is getting better all the time and learning the business more and more. I’ve noticed they are increasingly working without need of direct supervision from dad. I haven’t seen your oldest son on the mower lately, it seemed more efficient with you and him both mowing. It’s so kind of you to return to help this man and ease his stress of not being able to take proper care of the property. Nice mower wheelie out front by the way.
