That first customer who didn't leave may have just been bad with social cues and was waiting for a very clear "please leave now". Some people are just like that and prefer bluntness
The guy that did not leave probably thought it was OK because you told him you would be closing up while he ate. So when actually told him to leave he honored his word and left.
As a former fast food worker, I found the worst encounters I had always revolved around missing breakfast or being too early for lunch. Most people understood that we had to change the kitchen over to properly prepare breakfast or lunch, i.e. placing a griddle over a couple fryers for breakfast, but opening them all up for lunch, etc. Others would have an absolute fit. Cuss out a teenager over the fact that they were 1/2 hour early for a Whopper, and the broiler hadn't even been lit.
I love how you always never yell or be rude to the customer and the fact that you have the braveness record in store. I have a Q&A have you ever made a sandwich and gave it to the wrong person? Love you vids
This is a perfect example of DON'T MESS WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO DO THEIR JOB! Honestly, people who disrespect others, especially if they work in the fast food industry, makes me really freaking mad. Milad, you have the patience of a mountain
I love to binge your videos when i'm extremely bored because your stories or so comedic and insane (And my mom never tells me her work stories.) So by the way your a great story teller! Also bummer this happened, lesson: don't order something when you are going though the emotions.
Years ago I was homeless in Las Vegas. It was summer and very hot. I went into Subway and asked if I could fill my jug of water. The girl at the counter said if I wanted soda I could put soda in there ( truth I wanted water) she then asked if I was hungry. She gave me a beautiful sandwich. It was big enough I could share with my friend. She then saw my friend outside and made him one. I cried that day. It was so nice of her
my respect that you always stay calm even when customers starting to yell at you or accusing you of something you obviously didn't do i have a really short temper and i never could just sit there and let someone yell at me for some bs reasons
I worked at subway and hated it because of the customers and management but watching your videos make me miss making sandwiches 🤣 Also I never wanted to eat another subway sandwich but your videos make me crave them badly

Thank you for having a spine and not letting that woman have the first “burnt” sandwich. She knew what she was trying to do.

I'm glad people have started to make videos like this, and sharing their experiences.
Sorry to hear about that Mango, but your food looks delicious.
I salute you for putting up with these customers Milad... Major props

These workers are so underappreciated.

Hey Mateo,
I worked at subway and hated it because of the customers and management but watching your videos make me miss making sandwiches 🤣 Also I never wanted to eat another subway sandwich but your videos make me crave them badly
Pretty sure him telling her she couldn’t keep the “burnt” sandwich was like the first time he actually stood up to an annoying customer
I love how almost everyone messes up your name like this: Mustard,Milk, Mateo, Ect. it makes me laugh
