I'm brazilian 18 years old and I'm going to apply for Fanshawe College on september 2022, and i've been doing some research about the city. Thanks for your enthusiasm and for bringing this precious information. I'm more and more anxious. Attractive points like cheap cost of living, lots of green areas and good geolocation make London a really good place to live! Thank you so much, really nice video!!
A great list! Our favourite part of London is the small business community. Especially during times like this it is very important to lean on each other!
Hi there, I don't work in the rental market too much. In London most landlords to not want to pay a realtor for their services so most of the rentals are posted on public markets like Facebook Marketplace or Kijiji. Your best option would be to look on those sites or other property rental sites. Hope that helps!
When My kids were little, The Children's Museum was one of our favourite places to go! It was great for a child's imagination! It had a space area, tree house, computers and much more. I don't know if it's changed much over the years. Also, The Palace Theatre on Dundas St. Is a beautiful tiny theatre that was originally a movie house that opened in 1929. It houses live plays and also recently the Fringe Festival.
I've never been to the Children's Museum, but I have heard great things! They are moving to 100 Kellogg which should be great for them as well. The Palace Theatre truly is an icon for London; so many great things there!
Oh man, I definitely felt the same way when I was doing school here, but once I got out of the school “bubble” I really started to find those great spots all over the city. Just downtown some I can think of are: Toboggan, Garlics, Black Trumpet, Church Key, Zen’za, La Casa, Abruzzi. Definitely check some of those ones out if you come back into town at some point!
@@MattCarter Looked at the Black Trumpet menu online. Those are Toronto prices! 😳 Is Joe Kool’s still there? They had the best kitchen sink nachos around!
@@suvariboy haha it’s definitely one of the nicer restaurants in town! Joe Kools is still here and yes their nachos are still unreal, haha. Toboggan, which I mentioned, is owned by the same people and their food is 👌🏻
Thanks for the comment and welcome to the city! Like every city, London definitely has its good areas and bad areas. If you are in an area where there are student rentals then you will most likely be in an okay part of the city.
@@zarbazadnan4188 near Fanshawe is mainly student rentals so you will be good in that area. Student areas almost act like their own little bubbles in the city
hello, I love your content, please keep it up. But could u please make a video about Fanshawe College? I'm thinking of going to study there the next semester.
Thank you for sharing and I moved to London a year ago but I don't know many places about the city because of the pandemic. I used to live in Toronto and London is a really good city to raise kids. Keep up the good work 👍
Thank you for the kind words, I’m glad you are loving the city! I will be posting more about the city in the future so make sure you check back for more videos!

The condition of London's roads are exactly the same as London England's but in the year 382 A.D. :)
How much is the rental like 1 BR-2BR in London ON?
Sorry for the slow response; I missed this one! 1BR rentals are around the $1200+/ month mark, and 2BR will be $1600+/ month. Hope this helps!
Great video, Matt!
I lived in London, close to Victoria Park, while I attended UWO. Great city, but I don’t remember there being any amazing restaurants.
