@@alaakareem6385 thanks for reaching out! It really depends on your personal situation so hard for me to say yes or no but London does provide a lot of opportunity compared to other major cities around the GTA because of it's increased affordability. Like every city, London has its good and bad, but I would definitely consider it a strong option!
I just moved to London last Friday I was on streets a few days but also stayed at the crash beds but now have a room at Hilton place area I love London so far 👍👍
Having viewed your tour of London, I now realise how much city hall has screwed up EOA's infrastructure road wise. Reverse engineering bike lanes, traffic calming measures. Traffic flow has been really impacted.
Matt this video is great for newcomers! Thank you for posting it. it helps a lot! I see that the closer you are to Richmont St. the more access to busses/shuttles you get. Do buses go through other streets like Colborne, Oxford or Wortley?
Absolutely they do! I don’t know specific bus routes but I know buses do down through all 3 of those streets. You can check out the routes on londontransit.ca
Hey Matt, I'll be visiting Western as a PDF in April next year. I was wondering maybe you could help me with finding a cost efficient residence. Best regards, Orcun
How far it is from Kingston and on the other side Torrento also houses shown are fitted with all kitchen wares also that they show it with washing machine in kitchen we see chimney fitted, oven, Electric oven do they include on the price of house?
London is a little over 2 hours to Toronto and about 4.5 hours to Kingston. Appliances are usually included with the price of a home, it generally includes: stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Hope this helps!
Yep, you're right! The Gateway Casino located at the Western Fair grounds is moving down by Wonderland Road and the 401. I believe the ground has been broken but not sure about the timeline for completion. The new Gateway Casino will be a full blown casino as opposed to the current one which is just slots and the track.
Absolutely! There are quite a few buildings, and I would be happy to send you some specifics, but to name a few: 544 Talbot Street, 435 Colborne Street, 330 Ridout Street, 250 Pall Mall Street, and 505 Talbot Street were all built in the past 20 years. Hopefully that help!
@@Carolinapetroska Let me know if you would like me to get you set up to have those new listings at those buildings sent directly to you as soon as they are listed. It can help out in your home search and save you a ton of time.

Hi, how is the public transport to Fanshawe college? Is there enough buses to Fanshawe, where should we rent a house for easy access to the college. Thanks in advance🙏
Public transportation to the university and college is pretty good; they run extra buses during the school year dedicated to both locations. For Fanshawe, anything near Oxford Street is a safe bet since there are a few different buses that take that route. You would probably want to stay East of Richmond Street to avoid a super long bus ride. Other major arteries with bus routes would be Highbury Ave., Adelaide St., Clarke Rd, Dundas St and Huron St. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the feedback! I will probably do some tours in the future that highlight specific areas of town. In this one I wanted to give a broad overview of the city for anyone who hasn’t been here before. Stay tuned for more specific ones in the future!
Need to know something about the demography of London. The climate, businesses cultural diversities etc. Driving around doesn't tell much about the city.
What is your favourite part of the city?!
Excuse me ,do you prefer London for newcomers ??

I love the vid but dude you passed so many things and didnt mention them like highlands and the grand theatre?!!!!!
Nice footage. I'd encourage you to look for opportunity though to condense it, focusing on the areas you want to highlight.
