great video. looks good!! never did onion in cavity
will try that!
I was skeptical when I first watched this but tried it. And OMG I’m so glad I did! Thank you for sharing this amazing way to cook a whole chicken in the ninja! Have a fantastic day and thanks for the great dinner idea! I did use canned veggies instead of frozen (it’s all I had on hand) but they worked great. Also I used russet potatoes washed and roughly sliced.
Thank you for the nice comment, you made my day!
Looks good. I just purchased one of these cookers and am about to try your recipe (with some variations). Thank you for the video.

Me and my brother are going to the Italian festival in Scranton Labor Day weekend are you and Rick going?
No, we weren't planning to go to that, but I hope you and your brother have fun there. I'm sure there will be great food!
Hmm...your model doesn't have a dial (it's all buttons), so🤔 I'm confused.
Is this the 6.5 qt or the 8.5 qt Ninja Possible Cooker?
Greetings.
If you were cooking baby red potatoes, baby carrots 🥕, fresh sliced mushrooms 🍄 and large frozen shrimp (or fresh. Would you recommend the steam setting or slow cooker? Also, how long would you suggested the cook time?
I also added vegan sausage and they were no longer firm.
I have the pro version of this ninja foodi possiblecooker.
I made the about before and based lost the everything except for the potatoes 🥔. Everything was still good just mushy. More like baby food.
Gratitude for your time.
Good questions. if I were cooking the potatoes and carrots, I might cook them a while on slow cooker setting before adding the things that cook quicker such as shrimp, vegan sausage and mushrooms. Throw them in after a few hours of cooking the harder vegetables. The steam function might make things more mushy. I usually save that for the whole chicken or large pieces of meat. Hope that helps.
@@kathyottersen8100 do you think an hour-hr and half for the baby red potatoes and baby carrots?
I appreciate your time and help!♡
How did it taste?
It tasted great. Winner winner chicken dinner!
🙂👍🥂
Thanks, Mr. Dan!
