I spend more time hoarding, then questing and exploring every location I go to I have the inpluse to get everything there bye the time I'm done 8hrs of ggamingI can level up 10-20 ranks just bye bbuilding, makingchems and food then watch I safe up to sell in turn buying a lot of ammo and every workshop I have makeing food caps and I can mass produce glue and bye time I'm done I have fully upgraded guns armour and army of over armed npcs hear that Preston they don't need my help!!.
+Snoogen11 It took days to de-program myself from picking up everything when entering a location. since I have pretty much everything I want or need. I can finally say I am now (mostly) a reformed hoarder. I still pick up stray weapons, because I find them laying around when I revisit places, or find the enemies I'm killing have 3 pipe guns, or 4 assault weapons on them, etc. I've noticed a lot of merchants and traders are now carrying concrete shipments for the new building mods, and with the new drone locators to find other components and ammo, it's not necessary for me anymore. But it's still hard to fight the urge to grab everything you see O_o
I just use console to give myself 8000 load capacity, or i would end up transporting all the good stuff while walking. i still pick up coffee mugs thats how severe my hoarding is
Wait, what? I just played through the entire DLC (hours and hours) and I never realized they added perk ranks to existing perks. Did I miss a notification or something?
I shared the thought on strong back for a while, until I got all the ranks of it, and it's useful as fuck. You can carry as much as you like and still fast travel. In my opinion it is very useful even if you aren't a "hoarder".
If you have rad problems get solar powered, during the day you will never have rads(3rd rank you won't need to use stim packs during the day). On survival it's vital.
"-Hey, what's the most op build in the game right now? -The Gunslinger I think. -Ok. Let's make it even more op with new perk ranks. -Genius" Pretty much it.
+MrJesuspuncher or make it where unarmed blocking is more difficult for npc's, like depending on lv they could not block punches to the leg, or have blocking reduced percentage on the amount of limbs broken. and someone bare armed should NOT shrug off power fist or death claw blows like nothing throw in some chip damage or something.
+Rigel_6 I agree, my luck build character is more than strong enough. Another crit bank? what are these developers thinking? Yeah, more for melee is a great idea. I don't have a melee character but I agree.
How could that be possible? They already have a perk for every stat, 1-10. So how can you add new ones? Each number in the SPECIAL is already occupied. Also, why would they add it to the bottom? like assigned to 11 in a stat? Yeah, that'd be great. Only people that could get it are those who started at 10 and boosted to 11 with BH. With the system the set up, its impossible to add anything BUT new ranks. If you expected new perks, idk what you were thinking.
you even read my comment? i said it'd look like you - the character - wrote them all half assed on a scrap of paper and taped it to the current list. as for the stat thing it wouldnt require a stat, it'd be for completing a quest or implement challenges that unlock them. also their websit post said NEW perks. not "additional perk ranks" which would have been more accurate.
Green Hawk Yes, I read your post. But what you are suggesting doesn't even make sense with the current system. The only perks on the chart are the 1-10 of the SPECIAL. Perks gained through other means are not displayed in that system. So why would you tape shit to the bottom of a chart, that doesn't even adhere to said chart? Now, if you want to bitch that the system is crap, OK fine. I hear you. But it's completely nonsensical to add perks to a system where they are assigned to a number in the SPECIAL column. It doesn't work, all the slots are filled.
Green Hawk I understand what you are saying.. But if they don't require a special stat, then why would they be displayed on the special chart?!? That's what that chart is! Look at the top: S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Why do you think all the magazine and companion perks are not displayed there? Because the chart is about the SPECIAL perks. That's the entire purpose of it. I agree that some brand new perks would be awesome. But your idea to add non-special perks to a special perk chart is nonsensical.
I never considered them adding more ranks instead of new perks outright; makes sense tho. Might have to swap around a few builds, and moreso if they add even more...
+TheMentorKing - Especially if you prefer to actually play the game instead of letting it play itself. Never bothered with VATS in the first place, so they're all basically utterly useless.
They added new perks outright as well, you gotta play through the storyline to get them. Couple of them are pretty op too, one gives you 1000 damage resist at low health, one gives you 4X damage at low health, though you can't get both of these.
+Thumprsbro Maybe try to make it more attractive? IDK maybe someone said don't make it op since it already gives nv and to help not pick END for some builds I guess?
It would be more attractive if the +30 hp was rolled into the second rank (barely). Spending a precious perk for 30 hp just isn't worth it, especially for the type of builds that usually utilize this perk.
+Thumprsbro After Fallout 4? That BorderRageFableEffect: Skyrim? Nope, they're the same as EA, Ubisoft, Activision and so on. And don't bring in id Software as an example of what Bethesda does. They only publish their games(thankfully).
overall that's a fairly useless addition to the perk set. (Why the hell would you need 30 extra health in Night Person, only at night, and when you can't get it til level 40+???)
Strong-back is still extremely useful, as it does not damage you in survival mode when over-encumbered. Role-play value is awesome, and a good perk dependent on build.
Action boy/girl is good for any character. It means you can travel the wasteland at a better pace / escape bad things quicker (particularly in survival).
So they didn't update any older perk ranks, or add whole new perks? I'm pretty underwhelmed. This was an excuse to update the incredibly underpowered Endurance tree. But it looks like they did nothing... They could have made Rad Resistant be 30-50 per rank instead of just adding a useless fourth one. Having a passive 100 Rad Resistance isn't a good perk investment, but at least it would then qualify as a Quality of Life perk. And Night Person is just so underwhelming. +30 HP at night? What was the level requirement on that one, 37? A single point in Endurance would get you +23 HP, and would be worth round the clock +30 HP at level 50. Nobody needs a restricted +7 HP edge at level 37. This is just dissapointing. I can forgive them a little bit for their initial poor balancing of the perk tree, but now that they've had plenty of time to learn what works and what doesn't, and the best changes they can make are just "More of the same" rank 4s... Unless there is some sort of perk merchant in Far Harbor that allows you to spend perks in a seperate tree, then I don't see myself inspired to any new builds at all.
+Sines314 Yeah it is disappointing, seeing how in how Fallout games they would add more perks with at least every other dlc. That's just one thing I didn't like about the new leveling system, it seems a bit too streamlined to the point of where they won't add much to it. Which just makes me sad. They could have done so much more when updating perks.
Disappointing doesn't quite begin huh, they could have added an elevator perk when a skills maxed to 11. "Going beyond the limit' maybe and had further perks unlocked heck even have certain hidden perks and empty spaces below with conditions to reveal that would have been interesting..., the vault layout now feels limiting and cheap.... We used to gain a few peek options before...
Yes but the underwhelming perks are balanced with the near overpowered stat itself. With 12 endurance and some armor im sitting quite near 1000 health on my main character
+Sines314 To be honest, ednurance is super useful on survival. It pretty much scales it back down to normal mode, with the exception of fast travel and antibiotics.
+Adam Chapes Two wrong dont make a right, the Endurance perks are shit, and Bethesda should have taken the time to improve them to make them useful, expecially Lead Belly and Ghoulish.
I Know its a bit late but either you cat anymore or you never could says on a loading screen that lone wanderer and increase carry weight without a companion or a dog.
Actually, rank 4 of Strong Back is changed in survival mode. It doesn't show up on the perk chart, but the help menu says that rank 4 negates the damage from being over encumbered. A fair trade, I think, due to fast travel not being a thing.
Guys strong back makes it so you dont get hurt when overencumbered. Also i dispute its just convenience. You literally can carry as much as you want. I've made 10.000 lbs loot trips. You wouldnt go back normally for most of it. You can get extremely rich quickly this way
I don't understand why lots of sites knock strong back! It's one of the main perks you can't do without! How can you build great settlements without being able to carry stuff??
Thank you for showing the new perks. At a glance, I think rank 4 of Lone Wanderer is really good with straight up extra AP. I will immediately get rank 3 of Action Boy as that is so good. Another rank of Critical Banker is decent, as well.
Strong Back rank 4 is a necessity on Survival because rank 4 allows you to be unencumbered and not take damage. In Survival your carry weight is so tiny that even with 11 strength and Strong Back 4 you only have 300 carry weight. And ammo has weight with mini nukes weighing 12 pounds, missiles 6 pounds and fusion cores 4 pounds. Power Armor does absolutely nothing if you already have 10 strength.
Thank that helped a lot , I've been thinking my points not knowing what to put them on since I'm so High lvl. So this help me greatly to pick and you some! Thank you very much!!!
when I first started watched this channel I actually thought that it was one guy having an actual conversations with himself or that he recorded two bits of audio then put them together.
Scrapper rank 3 is shit, this coming from someone who loves 1 & 2 ranks, just get multiple guns of the same type a U get the same output. Action Girl is OP, nerf it, dont add it. Critical banker 3 is already OP, another one isnt needed, such a cheese.
I think it's funny how with the new Marine armor. My character now has a grant total of 463 DT, 225 Energy Resist, and 55 Rad Resist. I love it, I'm a powercoreless walking set of power armor! XD
The Strong Back rank that allows you to fast travel in the normal game will not work in survival, obviously, It will however remove the damage to health and legs when you are in survival mode. I am playing through with a CHA 3 character and it is very useful carting back all of my loot to nearby settlements.
Yeah. They mention how scrounger may help you when you are a settlement builder and gloss over SB as "convenience" - which it is, I'll admit that, but to get some of the loads of materials you may need later on to your settlement and still some loot to sell, I think it is very important.
Strong Back is a staple perk in survival. You can carry next to nothing in that mode and everything has weight and chems have debuffs that makes them require food and water meaning you have to carry even more. The previous perks rank allows you to not take damage. I now carry 5000 lbs worth of loot and gear on my back and have never been NOT over-encumbered since.
"uh no not a fan of being over encumbered" Jesus dude you made me lol, strong back, even just at rank 4 makes being over encumbrance only be a hassle if you're over reliant on V.A.T.S or on the overhauled Survival Mode
+Tropic Islands Its called frame drops. And yes sadly it is normal if you play on ps4 or Xbox one. Even PC player encounter it if your pc isnt strong enough. However there are mods that fix it if you are playing on pc.
They really screwed themselves over trying to conform the new perks to the existing tree, but at the same time, They didn't add any new perks with the DLC in Skyrim, aside from the werewolf and Vampire trees which don't exactly count, so this is a step in the right direction, although how Obsidian added quite a few new unique perks with the DLCs in NV was ideal.
I think the Action Boy/Girl would go well with the Strong back one if you are like me who takes everything you find while in Far Harbor for you settlement(s) as there is already a shortage of stuff to go around or you can just do what I do is keep making Longfellow pick up items for an unlimited carrying capacity companion. Happy they never patched that one.
strong back is a great perk I love being able to fast travel when overencumbered so I can store all my resources at my settlement and/or sell random crap I picked up
Strong back is fucking awesome, you can put everything you find in a container near the entrence of a building, then take everything with you back to the Commonwealth / Island, and fast travel to your settlement
What I don't get is why rad resistance perk is worth it, I mean you can just use RadAway's / visit a doctor or (what I do mostly) use a hazmat suit in highly radiated places
I wish they would tweak the scrapper perk to allow you to break down some junk items into component parts outside of the settlement system. For example, fans, clipboards, alarm clocks and stuff like that. It drives me nuts carrying around an entire desk fan for a few screws. Especially with the reduced carry limit in survival.
Not sure if someone else has already said it and it got buried, but luck also got a 4th rank on scrounger. Scrounger 4 give a chance to get free ammo when you fire the last round from your mag.
Wait, I heard that in survival, the 4th rank of strong back removes damage when over encumbered. Its just that Bethesda forgot to update the description.
Can someone please tell me at what point during the main story and faction quests is a good time to go to far harber without breaking emersion or should i finish the main boston quests first?
Strong Back Rank 5: I do think this rank is worth it because if you have a character that carries much items that yes. Night Person Rank 3: It gains 30 extra health during nighttime so yes it’s worth it. The only issue is that it goes dark when you sneak. Rad Resistant Rank 4: I’m not entirely sure because I haven’t used this perk. Lone Wanderer Rank 4: It’s definitely worth it if your character uses VATS. Scrapper Rank 3: If you want screw, aluminum, copper etc then this perk is worth it. Action Girl/Boy Rank 3: Same reasons with Lone Wanderer. Critical Banker Rank 4: It’s obvious why.
Ok so I don't know if this is because of the beta or far harbor but if you go and talk to Sturges he will give you a special automatic laser musket, although sadly it is unmodible which bugs me
is there any missable perk in the DLC? like certain companion perks in the Shaun/Institute storyline (certain characters can die depending on your actions)
Just bought far harbor yesterday and no, it doesn't eliminate over encumbrance but with moving target 3 and strong back 5 your ap last for a l - o - n - g time so it seems like it's probably a 75-90% decrease in ap cost to move normally
After playing with it for a while, it's not that long I guess it just seemed a lot longer as I had been playing with only the 50% ap sprint cost from moving target 3 for so long but it's still a decently long time
holding happens for me when I'm running round giving settlers clothing mainly combat armor. when commands come to console I'm putting limit to 50000 just makes creating settlements a breeze. plus spawn settlers in power armor can't wait
These perks are all well and good if they aren't broken like the original set. I've read that the action boy/girl perk is broken if you put ranks in before FH dropped.
srsly who makes these perks? they are so incredibly random. you know what sneaking chars needed? +30hp!!! those tanks sure will be happy af about 10 more rad resist!! i sometimes doubt the devs play their own games. give us some awesome perks guys, not this shit
I find the entire perk tree quite useless. I played virtually perk-free from around 40-es, having maxed out SPECIALs and only had some gunmodding perks, some health boosts and some weight boost. That's it. I found that adding anything on top of that makes the game too easy. In the end I had more than 30 skill points I never used. I finished the game in my 70-es having discovered every location described on the net. What you guys do to reach above 100? Every radiant quest out there?
Normal. Played on survival and rolled back, fighting bullet sponges is not challenging, it's tedious and annoying. It doubles damage taken and halfs damage dealt. And then people get gun perks to 10x damage dealt and max out their armor and complain that it's too easy on survival. Yes, it's easy because with all these perks you effectively play as if on easy. I prefer minimalistic approach. I play without armor at all and put my double-shot gauss rifle away and use crap weapon if I want challenge.
+ZachB911 From what everyone can tell, the "Lone Wanderer" perk is meant to work with Dogmeat for easter egg reasons. "A Boy and His Dog", Fallout 1, and Fallout 3 are all referenced by the perk and the fact dogmeat works with it.
+Robert Mandujano Yeah... I really miss the perk system from the previous games. There was so much variety in every build that I made, but in FO4 everything starts to feel kind of same-y.
+Karosiv Different strokes I guess. I always got medic as soon as possible, basically makes you immortal at rank 5 if you're not on survival. Radaway's kinda hard to come by too.
Same with life giver. Add that to solar powered and whenever you fast travel somewhere you're back to full health and no rads. I like Medic for a safety net when you have to fight fog crawlers etc. though. I was level 150 when I fought Shipbreaker and still needed to use 4 stims, bitch has thick skin. Do you get the bug where decontamination arches sometimes don't work, for me they only seem to work about 30% of the time.
Also, if you end up in a battle with the Children of Atom, you'll need more than a couple radaway. Hazmat suits don't protect you from nuke grenades or radium rifles :)
It's a pretty addictive game :) Fog crawlers are an enemy if Far Harbor. They have unreal ballistic protection so bring a laser gun if you play the dlc. For suiciders, use vats and go for the left arm.
from my knowledge. if you have dogmeat the Lone Wanderer perk remains active. but if you have any other companion you don't get the effects of the perk
Critical Fatman to Kellogg's head is how I ended my "you only live once" playthrough. And it was worth it.
+The Avenger at Ilipa I kinda wanna crit him with the Striker
"So if there is any hoarders in the comments" *raises hand* :>
+Snoogen11 You're not alone
+Snoogen11 Mostly I just hoard LOTS of weapons so I can be prepared for any scenario.

you should store your junk in the workshop not hoard them
Lou Layco ummm... hoard them in my workshops... ?
+1SaBy if you hoard them in your workshop then you wont be overencumbered
Lou Layco I don't know about you, but I don't spend the entirety of the game near workshops

wildly disappointing "new perks" they should have made actual fuckin new perks and had it a piece of paper taped to the bottom of the perk poster.
How could that be possible? They already have a perk for every stat, 1-10. So how can you add new ones? Each number in the SPECIAL is already occupied.

lol just change your timezone
In survival rank 4 of strong back prevents the damage instead of allowing you to fast travel so 5 is worth if you have 4 and 4 is more worthwhile
you both sound like the same person.
I don't understand why lots of sites knock strong back! It's one of the main perks you can't do without! How can you build great settlements without being able to carry stuff??
So many of these,
even Critical Banker*,
still have their uses
*One extra crit gives
More leeway for killing mooks,
Like a safety net.
If i have 29 hp does sunlight instakill me at 6:00 am?
that would suck
I like how they've added new perks even if they aren't the best that's a nice touch.
Michael + Scott = That's what she said.
"What is up" = Scott
"What's going on" = Michel
Thank that helped a lot , I've been thinking my points not knowing what to put them on since I'm so High lvl. So this help me greatly to pick and you some! Thank you very much!!!
For your build videos, perhaps do update videos for those builds that are affected by the updates?
Looking forward for this dlc
I am playing it now it's out for me in Australia
+RxD Viper is it good? (no spoilers please :) )
+TR-8R

when I first started watched this channel I actually thought that it was one guy having an actual conversations with himself or that he recorded two bits of audio then put them together.
Scrapper, Action boy/girl and critical banker are very useful for me.
2022 and I still playing fallout 4 ,and still when I play I collect junk for 4hours and do 1 hour of story ...
Why wouldn't you pick up everything you see? Can make a lot of money selling it. Strong back is a must have
"uh no not a fan of being over encumbered" Jesus dude you made me lol, strong back, even just at rank 4 makes being over encumbrance only be a hassle if you're over reliant on V.A.T.S or on the overhauled Survival Mode
Is it normal for my screen to get a little choppy when I go into Boston
Happy they never patched that one.
strong back is a great perk I love being able to fast travel when overencumbered so I can store all my resources at my settlement and/or sell random crap I picked up
Strong back Level 5 is just! AWESOME! It gets you so much further.
What I'm interested in are the perks you might get while adventuring. The ones that won't show up on this list. Like the companion perks etc..
Strong back is fucking awesome, you can put everything you find in a container near the entrence of a building, then take everything with you back to the Commonwealth / Island, and fast travel to your settlement
What I don't get is why rad resistance perk is worth it, I mean you can just use RadAway's / visit a doctor or (what I do mostly) use a hazmat suit in highly radiated places
you can use dogmeat with the lone wanderer perk ;)
I wish they would tweak the scrapper perk to allow you to break down some junk items into component parts outside of the settlement system. For example, fans, clipboards, alarm clocks and stuff like that. It drives me nuts carrying around an entire desk fan for a few screws. Especially with the reduced carry limit in survival.
Not sure if someone else has already said it and it got buried, but luck also got a 4th rank on scrounger. Scrounger 4 give a chance to get free ammo when you fire the last round from your mag.
That was added ages ago.
Wait, I heard that in survival, the 4th rank of strong back removes damage when over encumbered. Its just that Bethesda forgot to update the description.
AWESOME and Thanks for your great work :)
They also added a whole bunch of other mission/item collected perks like +5 to all resistances for wiping out the Children of Atom.
Strong back is better then you think. In survival the 4th rank makes it so you don't take damage from being over encumbered!
so i am level 275 ish. i have all the perks. all the perks. all.
how does this effect me?
Not much if you're that close to god...
Henry Reed sounds like fun. think im gonna go rape a few supermutants..... with bullets. or an axe.
im 201 do they effect me?
Chris Obey Maybe you're just running out of fucks to give.
+Henry “валькирия” Reed ?
Nice I forgot we would be getting some extra peek ranks!
Can someone please tell me at what point during the main story and faction quests is a good time to go to far harber without breaking emersion or should i finish the main boston quests first?
After getting to the institute but nit completing their quest
+Badger Ninja (SSSniperDog) thank you for the help, do you mean right away? or after a few missions?
Strong Back rank 4 on Survival mode -- it's not in the tooltip -- but being overencumbered no longer causes damage to you.
I actually had no idea more perks were added :O
I hope the new doc will have a special book lying around.
you named two perks that have been out since the release, the lone Wanderer perk and the night time one... or am I wrong?
Strong back is huge in survival. Your carry weight is MUCH lower overall, without it.
love this video, subscribed too!
Critical Banker Rank 4: It’s obvious why.
when you are high perk in strong back you can walk fast and fast travel no matter how much you carry
What if you could play a Vault Boy build? Not really about any particular skill sets, but certainly in terms of backstory.
you forgot the "There is a chance to gain ammo when firing the last round in your clip", from SCROUNGER
Thats base game
Ok so I don't know if this is because of the beta or far harbor but if you go and talk to Sturges he will give you a special automatic laser musket, although sadly it is unmodible which bugs me
is there any missable perk in the DLC? like certain companion perks in the Shaun/Institute storyline (certain characters can die depending on your actions)
Omg I love strongback, the new rank is a lifesaver
lone wanderer should have been a percentage point increase in AP, same with the night person perk, then it scales up with investment.
Great video mate.

;) SlenderNugget
Just bought far harbor yesterday and no, it doesn't eliminate over encumbrance but with moving target 3 and strong back 5 your ap last for a l - o - n - g time so it seems like it's probably a 75-90% decrease in ap cost to move normally
After playing with it for a while, it's not that long I guess it just seemed a lot longer as I had been playing with only the 50% ap sprint cost from moving target 3 for so long but it's still a decently long time
There's also an Oldfellow affinity perk
holding happens for me when I'm running round giving settlers clothing mainly combat armor. when commands come to console I'm putting limit to 50000 just makes creating settlements a breeze. plus spawn settlers in power armor can't wait
These perks are all well and good if they aren't broken like the original set. I've read that the action boy/girl perk is broken if you put ranks in before FH dropped.
if your like me and pick up every little thing then strongback is a must!!! it really helps
srsly who makes these perks?
they are so incredibly random.
you know what sneaking chars needed? +30hp!!!
those tanks sure will be happy af about 10 more rad resist!!
i sometimes doubt the devs play their own games.
give us some awesome perks guys, not this shit
I find the entire perk tree quite useless. I played virtually perk-free from around 40-es, having maxed out SPECIALs and only had some gunmodding perks, some health boosts and some weight boost. That's it. I found that adding anything on top of that makes the game too easy. In the end I had more than 30 skill points I never used. I finished the game in my 70-es having discovered every location described on the net. What you guys do to reach above 100? Every radiant quest out there?
Murder
+Dat Boi its dat boi....oh shit wadup
What difficulty did you play on?
I play without armor at all and put my double-shot gauss rifle away and use crap weapon if I want challenge.
did they change strong back for survival mode, otherwise the 4th star of fast travel will be useless since you can't fast travel?
does the new perk tree get applied once u go to that far harbor place cus i havent been there yet
The third rank of strong back prevents overencumbrance damage in survival. Search "infinite carry weight" on the Fallout 4 subreddit /r/fo4.
next dlc should add a bunch of offense, defence, and carry weight to dogmeat.
Will you get the advantages of Lone Wanderer with Dogmeat?
yep
+Marijn Koppens I thought that was patched out
+ZachB911 From what everyone can tell, the "Lone Wanderer" perk is meant to work with Dogmeat for easter egg reasons. "A Boy and His Dog", Fallout 1, and Fallout 3 are all referenced by the perk and the fact dogmeat works with it.
+ZachB911 hmm i dont know about that? might be... although, dogmeat is kinda unique (he cant shoot for example) so i almost cant believe they did that
Thanks, I'm at level-111, far H is awsum, can't wait to start over, and redo bugs/glitches with b rook and spectacle island.
Do the doors behind certain perks mean anything?
Rad Resistant, "I honestly don't pick this kind of perk." Yet, he has all ranks of it.
Perk poster was cool at first, but after about 10 hours in Fallout 4, it's really kinda lame
+Robert Mandujano Yeah... I really miss the perk system from the previous games. There was so much variety in every build that I made, but in FO4 everything starts to feel kind of same-y.
I just miss the half weight perk, why the fuck did they take it out in a game where every damn thing makes you overencumbered?
I thought it was just confusing at first.
Only two ranks of medic at level 108?
Also, the best radiation perk is Solar Powered rank two, you almost never have to use radaway.
+Karosiv
Different strokes I guess.
It's a pretty addictive game :)
Fog crawlers are an enemy if Far Harbor. They have unreal ballistic protection so bring a laser gun if you play the dlc.
For suiciders, use vats and go for the left arm.
+Karosiv use purified water to heal instead of Stimpaks.
Did the dlc already release to the public?
It does at midnight so basically you can change your console's location to Australia and you can get it
Really had no idea this channel was two people?!
I thought I was going crazy because I swore I had every perk unlocked.
Far harbour is sick playing right now
Does Dogmeat count toward Lone Wanderer yet? I haven't played the game since vanilla.
from my knowledge. if you have dogmeat the Lone Wanderer perk remains active. but if you have any other companion you don't get the effects of the perk
if your on pc, dl the mod that let's you take dogmeat plus another follower so you are sure dogmeat won't count as a follower
The action boy/girl perk is broken. I've noticed my action points regenerating slower if not faster.
