I love this new era of tiger army, nick seems to really be exploring his musical abilities to thier fullest. So glad they're new sounds are fresh and unique
Always a great experience to watch/listen to. I remember first time seeing them was in 2000, when they opened for AFI at AFI's album release party for The Art Of Drowning. I remember being blown away hearing them play then, and somehow I still am blown away listening to/watching them today, 21 years later. That is something special to pull off.
Just got home from seeing them live tonight at Terminal West. As usual, FUCKING AWESOME!!! They seem to make it to Atlanta every two or three years. Need to make it an annual trip. These guys are great!!
TAND! Come along way since Showcase Theater and Troubadour back in ‘99. Still a big fan of TA and Nick13. Djordje is likely the most well rounded and talented bassist to grace the psychobilly scene, Mike is an awesome drummer, and so is his wife. I loved Rob and Adam in the line up, Geoff was a super rad dude, It was amazing to watch London May, Jeff was my bass muse, Fred was bad ass sad what happened, never saw Joel... but this has to be TA most gifted line up.

Hey guys, I’ve got a whole guitar lesson on Tercio De Muerte here if you’re interested (I’ve also done Outlaw Heart!) ua-cam.com/video/txSS9VAYAAc/v-deo.html
I'm a huge fan of T/A, but is it just me or is Nick 13's music going soft? I was disappointed with the 2016 album after waiting almost ten years, so I was hoping this sixth studio album would be better and it's basically the same as the last one. It's still good music, just not what I was looking forward to. 😔 I understand how bands improve as they grow, but why do you have to change so drastically? You can still stick with the sound that made them popular and what majority of the fans want. Fast, hard psychobilly, punk rock! Don't get me wrong, I fucking loved Nick 13's solo album that came out in 2011, so I don't mind slow songs, but T/A is known for their faster tunes. Sorry for the long rant, just been bothering me.
It might just be his own trajectory as he learns to play better? I mean, Nick said he’d loved to do a big Sinatra style record with full strings if he could afford it. At least he’s still giving it a go and writing very good songs, that’s what my take away is..I mean...you could do worse than follow a Nick Cave trajectory, yeah?
You answered your own question. It had been ten years since music from regions beyond which wasn’t their strongest record anyway. He evolved as a musician. If you don’t enjoy it, it’s cool man, that’s what the old records are for. I personally appreciate the newer style just as much but in a different way. I also don’t see it as a huge departure. It was hinted at pretty heavily even in the old stuff. V and the newer one sounds more in line with III than it did with Music From Regions Beyond.
Todo gracias a *saka the great doctor* él es confiable y poderoso, me ayudó a restaurar mi relación anterior y hemos estado viviendo felices juntos desde entonces.
It might have not been the place. I saw them a couple of years back here in San Antonio and the place they played at the AC went off when they played. It was packed and became a sauna, it was so gross and way too hot, uncomfortable. But what I heard was that it was a request/demand from TA ( N13) to have the AC off as so it (the cool air) wouldn’t affect his voice. Heard from a reliable source! I swear 🥴

That bass sounds incredible.
Thank you!

I love how nick plays that intro like there’s two different guitars playing.
You know that feeling when you find something good for the first time? Well, that’s me right now.
Spaghetti Western is fresh and unique?

Cheers from Mexico!!
wow cool double bass! ..
Psychobilly never dies! .. true!
... I've been a Psychobilly fan since the 90s ...
Greetings from Germany ,Tom
They don't expect instrumentals it seems. That's musician courage to do
those for the promo session. I love it. Night Flower is killler
It is a traditional for Tiger Army to start every album with a instrumental intro and its absolutly expected everytime they play to do so.
I'd wish they would come to Huntsville Alabama I want to add them to my bucket list
Love that guitar tone
They were awesome. Got to see them in Atlanta and going to see them in Charlotte.
So good! The spirit of Buddy Holly right there!

Did he forget how to play? WTH ha ha ha but nah I enjoy seeing the intimate setting performances.
I’m new to this band. The haircuts. What? Lol
Nick 13 was a skinny kid when Tiger Army first came out. He’s headed towards bloated.
