No pain but what about a little pop in shoulders when transitioning from the top of the lateral raise in to the overhead fly. Is that ok?
Your body will pop and crack doing many exercises, it’s just your body adjusting to the exercise. There should be no problem with it unless it starts becoming uncomfortable or causing pain, stop or seek assistance

I had pec tear and i heard that this execrise will fill my gap in my chest and shape my chest normal. Is it correct?
I'v never heard that before or know for sure to speak on it.
What execrises you recommend for pec tear rehab?
I don’t have any experience with that
So will this execrise affect on chest muscle?
There will be some action in the chest muscle, but I wouldn't classify it as a chest exercise.
