- The plaintiff brings his ex-fiancée to court. He says the defendant won’t give him the engagement ring back, so he’s suing for the cost of the ring. The defendant argues she left the ring at the plaintiff’s parents’ house. She’s countersuing for the value of a chinchilla because she brought her pet when she moved in with the plaintiff, but now he won’t return it.

In his recording, she never denied taking the box and never defended herself by reiterating that she left the ring where she said she did so…. She is definitely a very disrespectful user! Young man, she did you the biggest favor by breaking off that engagement!

@@TheZogie Being a musician is a job for some people and going on tour can take a while (2 months in this case). A lot of jobs require you to travel. But even if it was just a hobby, people are allowed to do what they love. The defendant came off as being too immature for a serious relationship. I mean, she couldn't even maintain one with her beloved chinchilla.

I love the way the plaintiff conducted himself in court even though he was heartbroken over the breakup. He came across honest and sincere unlike the defendant. His mom was right about being glad to be rid of her! He dodged a serious bullet!

Unfortunately most defendants/plaintiffs with that kind of audacity, narcissism and ignorance refuse to ever inquire on what the public or another period think because then they’d have to face another perspective! And that’s partly the problem with individuals like her and society, no one will say the truth so sadly the ppl who need it most (which we all need harsh facts at times because we’re human) continue to feel victimized and justified even when blatantly wrong
