How you took 2πr for the length of miniscus
When visualised from above the meniscus appears to be circular
Therefore the length is 2πr
Oppsite angle is sintheta so it should be sigma.sinetheta how its comes as sigma.costheta anybody plz clarify my doubt
If we take theta along horizontal axis then it becomes sigma sin theta when it comes to vertical axis sin(90-thetha) so it becomes sigma cos theta
