Daniel Bryan Yes! Movement | Ep.33 Workout

  • WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... So many of you asked, and to be honest, he was on my Celtic Warrior Workouts' wish-list too. Thankfully Daniel Bryan said Yes! Yes! Yes! and we hit the gym together in Budapest, Hungary while on a 2018 WWE European Tour.
But be careful what you wish for folks, Danny Boy put me through my most difficult Brave Change workout to date and found probably every weakness in my gym game. The theme his custom workout was focused on Movement and assessing which body parts are balanced and working in conjunction correctly, sadly, we found-out none of my body parts are balanced nor working correctly. But before you judge, try some of Daniel's exercises. You may find-out there are holes in your gym game too.
And that's exactly what this channel is about... leaving your ego at the door and challenging workout stereotypes even if I fall on my arse on a regular basis. Be like Danny. Brave Change.

Am I the only one here who will commend how well Daniel Bryan was instructing how to perform these movements? He sounded like a legitimate trainer because he truly knows his stuff. Truly a legend!
Another great vid Sheamus, much respect.

He's actually played a role in training a decent number of wrestlers apparently if wikipedia is to be believed. I think he was once a RoH trainer as well, but I may be mis-remembering.

Fair play to Sheamus for mixing things up and giving it a go with dynamic warm-ups and new drills. There are too many one-dimensional workout/gym channels that WON'T go out their comfort zone to try new things. Celtic Warrior Workouts/Sheamus does, to change routines up.
Fair play, lad! Really enjoyed this!

I swear the knowledge and purpose this man (Daniel) has and gives to what he does is the reason he can - and will - overcome any obstacle life throws his way. Also, having watched some Brave Change videos, you can see that Sheamus is really out of his comfort zone and still giving it his all with the best attitude. My utmost respect for both men 👏👏👏 Awesome work!
