Pakistan is heading for polls this week. While Imran Khan has been imprisoned for 14 years, Nawaz Sharif is ramping up his election campaign. However, Imran Khan's political party Tehreek-e-Insaaf has been using the imprisoned former Prime Minister's "notes" from prison to generate AI speeches to run Khan's campaign. This has invited a retort by Pakistan's Army Chief, who has termed social media "vicious". Can Imran Khan turn the tables on Pakistan's Army from prison? Palki Sharma decodes.

80% of the population of Pakistan is standing with Imran Khan. I agree that the army will do huge rigging, but still, it will not be enough if the turnover reaches more than 80 %. Imran Khan and the people of Pakistan will win against the tyranny.
They are standing with Imran Khan but by keeping the leader in jail and taking away the only identity (bat sign), they have made sure that people won't be able to vote properly even if they wanted to.

India has lots of problems... Modiji, the BJP, and the Indian judiciary are learning from Pakistan and now threatening all the opposition and minorities. You should aim for European and Nordic countries. Unfortunately, it looks imminent that Imran's innings in Pakistani politics has come to an end.
But all credit to Imran for his grit and perseverance. He's languishing in the jail, but has held on to his determination.
In a match, in which, the result seems to be convincingly skewed in favour of the opponents, he's not ceding down and is determined to bat till the last ball of the match.
I admire Imran for the flamboyant playboy he was in his cricketing days. He had a global appeal. Women of diverse ethnicities loved him, which even included the whites in Europe. There were few men of south Asian origin who were that popular.. I would be pleased to witness a dead cat bounce, with things taking a favorable turn in his personal and political life.
